Spacious 6 Bedroom Vacation Home with Waterslide & Heated Saltwater Pool

The house was perfect for our family, 6 adults and 4 children ages 8, 2-10's and 14 year old. The backyard with the beautiful pool, built in hot tub and 30? foot slide were a huge hit! In fact, the kids wanted to stay and use the pool instead of going places like the beach or site seeing. The house was stocked with everything you need. Just bring cloths and shop for food. Full cupboard of spices and all the dishes, pots and pans you could need. In addition, there were chairs and wagons to take supplies to the beach, games for the kids to play inside as well as in the outside space. The location is perfect, 25 minutes to the Zoo and downtown, 10 minutes to SeaWorld, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 15 minutes to La Jolla. We would Highly Recommend this Home! In addition, the owners were on top of communication and made us feel right at home.

Awesome place to make family memories! The house was clean & comfortable and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked if needed. It was nice to have beach towels included. There was also beach chairs, umbrella & sand toys for a trip to the beach - which was only about 20 minutes away. The backyard area was definitely the highlight with the heated pool, hot tub, huge water slide, outdoor kitchen, dining table & upper viewing deck with firepit! April was great at communication- very prompt with responses! Our grandkids left behind a stuffie & a bracelt that April sent to us when found - at her expense! That was so thoughtful & was above & beyond! We definitely appreciated her effort! We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Our family of 13: 8 adults, 1 teen, 3pre-schoolers & 1 infant all enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool, hot tub & water slide are a great amenity and unlike anything we’ve ever seen at a rental in the past. The owner was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the baby gear: 2 high chairs, a crib and dinnerware & utensils for small hands. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the location provides easy access to airport, zoo & beaches. We look forward to staying here again next year for a spring break get-away.

We flew in from MN and stayed Feb 11-18 2026. We thought we were renting a heated pool and spa, but that was not the case. The pool was only heated by solar rings and never was warm enough for our children to swim in it. The spa was controlled by the host, so we had to contact her every time we wanted to use it otherwise the heater was not working when we pressed the button, but magically worked after I contacted her. The home itself worked well for our children and grandchildren. Home was 30 minutes from most of the attractions we visited.

Great place to stay if your family members like to swim and/or hot tub! Enjoyed the use of the outdoor kitchen too. The house had plenty of pool and bathroom towels! Also, it was really nice to have the use of a washer and dryer. April was great help with issues ( which were minor) and suggestions of where to go! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Great time! The highlight of course is the back yard: pool, hot tub with grotto and waterfall, water slide, viewing deck with fire pit and views to the ocean! Comfortable beds with good linens. Plush towels. Beautiful neighborhood. Attentive and thoughtful hosts. Our family of 11 enjoyed a great stay.

This backyard was easily the highlight of our trip. Very clean, a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out :) Will def look to book again next time we’re in San Diego!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in San Diego! The house was spotless on arrival and had plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and feel comfortable. The backyard was truly the highlight—an amazing pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every day, with lots of room for both relaxing and playing. The location was perfect as well—everything we wanted to do was 20 minutes or less away, which made exploring the city so easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out smooth and stress-free. This property had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about the house was wonderful! All of the arrangements were easy and the owners, April and Michael, were very helpful and answered any questions we had. It was very well located, clean and attractively furnished. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was also an outdoor grill. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our multi-generational family of eleven. We especially enjoyed using the beautiful pool and jacuzzi (pool towels were provided). The house contributed greatly to our wonderful family reunion in San Diego and I would highly recommend it to any families planning a visit there.

Our recent stay here was truly wonderful! We were in town for a graduation, and this home offered everything we needed, and more. We had a group of 12, ranging in age from 13 to 90, and the space accommodated everyone beautifully and comfortably.All the rooms were clean and cozy, with plenty of space for us to relax. The dining room was perfect for shared meals and game time afterward. The weather was so nice that many of us spent time outside, which the outdoor dining table and bar table with stools were a great bonus too!The pool, waterslide, and hot tub were a huge hit and highlight! We were especially glad the hot tub was available to soothe our sore joints after lots of walking. Simply put, this amenity kept everyone engaged and made the weekend feel extra special.Also, the home was well equipped, and anytime we had a question or request, the host was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The host was so kind and responsive, even after our stay, they quickly replied to my messages and allowed me to return to the house to retrieve an item we had forgotten. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we were mindful to keep things respectful on our end as well.Overall, it was a clean, spacious, and joy-filled stay that helped make our graduation celebration even more memorable. Our annual girls' trip was fun in part because of this house. We lounged by the pool, soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Thanks for being so communicative and taking great care in making sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location. Near beaches, close to restaurants and shopping…not walking distance but a short drive away. Saltwater pool, hot tub and slide were a hit for our family! April was responsive and available when needed.

Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :)

One of the very best vacation rental we have stayed: beautiful home with modern amenities and equipped with everything we need for a wonderful stay! We felt right at home! Best location to explore San Diego and the beaches!!! The host has been allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated! The house was an ideal place for our family, centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The outside area i.e pool, hot tub, slide, fire pit, was better than we anticipated, best part of our stay.

Our group stayed at this property from Nov 7-10, 2024. This property is great for accommodating a large group. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard by the firepit (which has great views) as well as sitting in the jacuzzi that can easily fit 8 adults and the seating is very comfortable. When we had any questions for the owner, she was extremely prompt in getting back to me either via text or a call. I highly recommend this property!

The house is in a nice area, convenient to beaches and many San Diego attractions. We enjoyed the pool with slide, hot tub, and outdoor grill with wonderful weather. The listing showed one bedroom with a king and queen bed, but this needs to be updated. Fortunately it wasn’t an issue for our group. We’d definitely stay here again !

We recently stayed at this house for our annual golf trip, and it was perfect! It was an easy ride to Torrey Pines, making it super convenient for our group. The house had plenty of space, with each of us having our own room, and it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, and the owner made us feel right at home. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
