Spacious 6-bedroom Oceanfront Beach house w/ private pool in Indian Rocks Beach

Lovely property, very responsive owners, our family thoroughly enjoyed! Every thing we could possibly need was provided, well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill kitchen, pool was clean and hot tub great! Our grandkids loved the little putting green. And the beach views, toys and provisions excellent! Plenty of room for our extended family of 11!

Kevin is a conscientious host who goes the extra mile to assure everything is perfect. The home is beautiful and perfectly located!

Perfect location and view! The home has a great use of space - it accommodated us perfectly. We got tons of use out of the pool - it is salt water, not chlorine! The host was incredibly responsive and the home was very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Our family had such a great time staying here that everyone is begging to make it a yearly tradition!

This is our 2nd time visiting and won’t be the last! This house has everything for an extended family get together, and it’s right on the beach (and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and ice cream!). We really appreciated all the extras to accommodate small children. The kitchen is so well stocked it was hard to come up with a reason to go out (plus if you stay in you get to see the amazing sunsets!). Highly recommend!!!!

GREAT Property, Great location, Great Host and Great weather.... what else could someone ask for???

It seems impossible, but this house was even more amazing than described and pictured. We are so appreciative to have celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary in the most beautiful location. It’s hard to choose what our favorite feature was- walking to the beach every morning, enjoying the pool every afternoon, or sitting on the porch and watching the sunset by the palm trees every evening. Beach chairs, pool floats, and even sunscreen were available to ensure the best week ever. 10/10… looking forward to returning!

This host has thought of everything to give their guests the best possible vacation experience. So many things we usually need to bring or rent, from the pack n play, highchair, sound machines, and night lights to the beach tent, towels, chairs and sand toys, were all there for us to use. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family with lots of space to be together inside and out. The porch with its comfy furniture, the pool design perfect for all ages, the putting green and cornhole, and the most beautiful beach steps away.Inside, besides the clean and comfortable furnishings, it was so nice to have a main floor half bath, elevator, nice washer and dryer, Nespresso machine and a separate drink refrigerator. The kitchens, both indoors and out, were amazing and made it so easy to eat in. When we wanted to venture out there were great places for coffee, dining, and sweet treats all within walking distance.For children, they have the most amazing kids’ bedroom, there are lots of toys and games, and a playground within walking distance. Having toddlers, the yard design was perfect for playing with a fence separating the beach, and an additional fence and gates for the pool/hot tub access.The host was so easy to work with. He was helpful and very responsive. The house was spotless and had so many supplies. The pictures on VRBO don’t do justice to what a truly beautiful home this is. We felt we were very lucky to find Magnolia Shores and hope to return again soon!

This place is EVERYTHING and MORE for your getaway!! Beach (in your backyard ), pool and hot tub (heated), putting green, outdoor grilling hut, sand and pool accessories and that’s just the outside!!Inside the house had space for our family of 11 with room to spare. There were special touches everywhere…. In each bedroom en suite, in the kitchen and the bar! The kitchen was well equipped & we were able to cook anything inside and outside. It was so easy to communicate with the manager/owner and they were so accommodating to our requests!! I could go on and on since it was the best place for our family gathering!We are planning on doing it again!!Thanks to Magnolia Shores for the memories

This is the ultimate beach house! We visited in early February as an extended family group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). The property offered plenty of space and amenities for our 5 day stay. The interior was well stocked with everything you need - bath and beach towels, toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower), every kitchen appliance you could need (including 3 different coffee makers), all dishes/cups/serving ware, comfortable bedding, sound machines, and kids gear (this is a life saver for those flying in - pack n play, high chair, toys, plastic plates/bowls/cups/utensils). The exterior was even better! The pool and hot tub are nestled to the side of the home separated by a fence but still offering an ocean view. I am not sure if this is a year-round requirement, but we were required to text the owner daily to request heating the pool and hot tub, which was understandable with the temperatures during our stay. The wrap around porch is filled with comfy furniture. The turf yard is perfect for putting a few golf balls, tossing a football, or letting your little ones run around safely. It also offered a ramp for accessibility. We used the outdoor grill on multiple occasions. The beach was beautiful and never too busy even with two public access areas nearby. Ice cream, restaurants, and shopping were easy walking distance. Grocery delivery was also available.Overall, this property offers the perfect beach vacation!

Our host was amazing from the beginning when we had a million questions to the end when we departed. The home is incredible with high end furniture and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and outdoors for a large group. The outdoor kitchen was our favorite gathering spot every evening for cooking and dining while witnessing colorful sunsets. We will be back.

Spectacular! This is an amazing house in perfect condition and so loaded with extras there's no way we could take advantage of everything. It was, bar none, the best equipped VRBO kitchen I've ever seen. The space enabled a lovely family reunion and the big common area worked well for storytelling, games, and, finally, sacking out for a movie on the comfortable recliner sofas. The details in the house blew us away.Easy walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to the supermarket. Very responsive owner.The highlights of any Gulf vacation are the Technicolor sunsets. The back porch and the two balconies were ideal viewing spots.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Magnolia Shore! The house has plenty of room for multiple generations and a great outdoor play area for kids. It is right in the beach with amazing sunset views. It was fully stocked, has a great grill, and is close to many restaurants. Kevin was super helpful and responsive throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. Amazing gulf views from the three balconies. Communication with the owner was great….. very quick response time. Plenty of parking space. Putting green, outdoor grilling area and pool were all top notch. Already planning a return trip.

My fiancé and I rented this beautiful house to stay for our micro wedding ceremony. The house is amazing! Immaculate, gorgeous and in a perfect location. Everyone was super impressed and satisfied. Our family had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely stunning and is perfectly situated on the sand. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of amenities for everyone (especially our little ones). The hosts were very helpful and responsive as well. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This house is awesome! Location was steps from the beach so it made coming in for lunch or naps for the babies so easy! We loved the outdoor space for lounging and enjoying the pool. The house was very well stocked and the amenities for the beach were abundant! My 2 fisherman even had poles ready for them to use. We had a few minor issues but Laura and Kevin were so helpful and responsive and took care of those issues quickly. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely our best rental after doing family vacations for 5 plus years! Family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children). Cleanliness, location and communication with the host were top notch. Loved being able to walk to restaurants! Very well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Outdoor kitchen/grill was great! The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The unobstructed beach views and access are incredible! The rear deck and pool are also great. This property is perfection. What a beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend a week with family. Being right on the beach was perfect for us. Kids easily spent time in the ocean and the pool every day. Plenty of beach towels and toys were provided as well as other amenities that made us feel special. The owner and staff were reachable at anytime and took care of anything we needed.. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home. We wish we were still there!

We spent last week at the Magnolia Shores vacation home with our large family. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids and absolutely has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the owners are very quick to respond to any question. From the pool, to the putting green, to the outdoor kitchen - it exceeded our expectations. Most of all, the beach is literally steps away! Highly recommend a stay.

The access to the water was unbeatable, and having the boat so close made it easy to pop out for sunset cruises, fishing, or just soaking up the Gulf breeze.From the moment we booked, Kevin—our incredible host—was outstanding. He was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay amazing. We had 2 infants, a 4 yr old & 6 adults & everyone was SUPER comfortable & we all slept soundly every night in the outstanding beds! Honestly,we never left the property all weekend because it had EVERYTHING! We cooked wonderful meals,swam & played & laughed & made Mother's Day memories of a lifetime...we HIGHLY recommend this property! We will definitely be back to this slice of paradise!

What a fun week at IRB and Magnolia Shores! We were 3 generations spending some time together and the proximity to the beach was great and the house and amenities even better. The house had everything…plenty of room, indoor and outdoor kitchen — with every appliance/glass/cutlery you would ever need. Then outside a pool, putting green and 3 decks for watching the sunset. Plus ice cream within walking distance. We were sad to see the week end!

Magnolia Shores was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, safe, incredibly stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor setup is hard to beat (pool, putting green, shaded deck, grilling area. You can step on and off the beach within seconds. The convenience and very quick waking distance to restaurants made it very easy to enjoy with babies. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation at Magnolia Shores with our family. The house was amazing. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. Our family enjoyed the back yard putting green, the beach just footsteps away, and the swimming pool, with a spa hot tub. Our hosts checked in with us frequently, to see if they could help in any way. We would love to spend another vacation at their beach house in the future!

This large home is perfect for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. The bedrooms with en-suite baths provide plenty of privacy, while the large kitchen and family room are perfect for getting everyone together. The home was very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The location right on the beach is ideal, while the pool and hot tub are tucked away for privacy. Highly recommended!

You will not regret renting this house! Location is great, house is amazing, pool/hot tub was a wonderful bonus, everything we needed and more for cooking was there, right on the beach (no loading the car), and the sunset was breathtaking! Food delivered a little early and they arranged for Alex to get the groceries in the house and he put them away! The communication with Kevin and Laura was the best. Their hospitality was over the top. We also charted their boat. It was enjoyed by all and Captain Chris was the BEST! Stay here and you will. not have to worry about anything! We had 11 people and there was more than enough room! The beach is My Happy Place and staying there made it even more My Happy Place

We couldn't have selected a better home to stay at when we arrived at The Magnolia Shores Beach House. Just a short trip from the airport and we were on site and ready to relax. This was a perfect fit for our family of 10, everyone had their own bedrooms and private bathroom. This home is very clean and very well Maintained. It has everything in the kitchen you'd expect at your own home if your eating or cooking in. When you open the patio doors and step outside to the Beach side of the home you will have stepped into your own private Oasis with a Pool, Jacuzzi, Golf putting green, grill area, fenced in yard along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after you venture out to the Beach that is only steps away. The Beach and the views from this home are simply amazing and peaceful. Each patio of the home has nice & comfortable patio furniture that I found myself sitting at every morning and evening to appreciate my surroundings. I really can't say enough about this home other than everything was perfect along with the Outstanding Host's of this property that made sure our stay was the absolute best it could be.
