Stayed Aug 21, 2025Very nice house. A bit ran down, just needs some loving. WiFi is weak, pool table is terrible, worse I’ve played on, pool was nice but grass was extremely high in back yard, outdoor patio was extremely worn and needs some caring. Beside that we enjoyed our stay and the house

Stayed May 8, 2025The house was big & spacious for our family. We enjoyed our time there. The pool, hot tub & grill were the attractions to stay there. We had some issues like toilet not working & equipment in the movie theater not working properly but Brad responded quickly to my messages. He talked us thru some of the issues & sent a repair man. We appreciate all your help Brad. We would definitely rent your house again.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives.
