Spacious 6-bedroom house with pool and hot tub and theater room next to stadium!

As a professional manager of 175 properties, I do not make such claims lightly, yet this home was demonstrably uninhabitable.Despite booking this property a full year in advance, we arrived to find it in a state of total neglect that presented genuine health and safety concerns. THE POOL AND EXTERIOR AMENITIES were completely unusable; the water was opaque, black, and green, with no visibility past the first step. While the host claimed it would be ready within 24 hours, a member of our group is a Certified Pool Operator and confirmed the contamination was too severe to be remediated in that timeframe—an assessment corroborated by the pool technician on-site. THE HOT TUB AND BBQ were also in disrepair, with the tub cover submerged in filthy water and the grill left in an unsanitary condition. THE INTERIOR CLEANLINESS was equally unacceptable. We found food waste and trash under the furniture, caked-on spills in cup holders, dead flies on shelving, and pervasive cobwebs. THE LACK OF PREPARATION was evident from the multiple carpet stains and Amazon packages left in the entryway, suggesting no professional inspection occurred prior to our arrival. After securing these accommodations 12 months early, we were forced to find a last-minute alternative as the home was functionally uninhabitable. This review serves as a professional warning: the property’s current maintenance and management do not reflect the advertised photos or a standard of basic hygiene.

Clean and amply supplied

Very nice house. A bit ran down, just needs some loving. WiFi is weak, pool table is terrible, worse I’ve played on, pool was nice but grass was extremely high in back yard, outdoor patio was extremely worn and needs some caring. Beside that we enjoyed our stay and the house

The house was big & spacious for our family. We enjoyed our time there. The pool, hot tub & grill were the attractions to stay there. We had some issues like toilet not working & equipment in the movie theater not working properly but Brad responded quickly to my messages. He talked us thru some of the issues & sent a repair man. We appreciate all your help Brad. We would definitely rent your house again.

The home was spacious enough for our whole family and the kids loved the pool.

The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives.

The home was very nice. Everything was as described in the listing period it easily accommodated our family of 14 ranging from my grandparents to babies. The house was not stocked with sum of the essential supplies.But upon contacting the property manager that was taken care of. Enjoyed our stay!care ofIdocare of

Spacious, accommodating, clean and the willingness of the owners to provide a little additional check out time without hesitation was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
