Sunny, open-concept kitchen, dining and living roomwith gas fireplace. Large round dining table comfortably seats 8, perfect for family dinners and game night. Custom kitchen island seats 6. Chef’s kitchen with cookware and all large/small appliances included, plus large pantry. Dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Backyard hot tub, outdoor tv, and plenty of chairs and table for outdoor living. Outdoor shower, large garage with ping pong table, five beach bikes, and tons of beach chairs. Two decks, one covered for lounging in any weather. View the ocean from the top deck. Driveway has room for 2-3 cars plus street parking.
