Spacious 6 Bdr Family Home near Park & Recreation Center

We stayed there with family for my son's wedding. We felt right at home. The couch is amazing and fully loaded kitchen. I highly recommend.

This property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our party of 12. The house was well supplied and even had extras. My five year old loved the toys that were on hand. We were so thankful for the shower chair on site at one of our members needed it and we had left ours at home. Well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication with our hosts!

Very cozy and comfortable environment for our family of eight. Plenty of room for everyone and yet a very comfortable gathering area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great

The house was perfect for our family vacation of 7 adults and 3 small children. The property had gates we could use at the top and bottom of the stairs for child safety. It also had a booster seat, high chair and a pack and play. That was very nice because we only had to bring one pack and play. The number of bedrooms (3 up and 3 down), beds and bathrooms (3 full) were perfect for our family. The location was good for sight seeing. We were 10-30 minutes from any sight we wanted to see. The house was clean. We were able to cook and bake. I did bring a plastic pitcher because I have found most places don’t provide that. We had a 15 passenger van and 7 passenger van. We would not have gotten both in the driveway, but having garage parking allowed us to put the 7 passenger van in the garage and the 15 passenger van in the driveway. The street parking was pretty crowded but we did not need it. The toys in the basement were enjoyed by the kids. The host was very responsive and checked on us. One thing of note about Colorado Springs (not the property) is that you have to take your own recyclable bags for groceries or anything you purchase. This was a little frustrating as I could have brought something from home instead of having to purchase some. This was not the fault of the host-just helpful information. Grocery stores and gas stations were within 10 minutes. Thank you! We had a great time and would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Very comfortable, clean, and accommodating! The host reached out several times to ensure things were going as expected. Conveniently located to all things Colorado Springs!

The experience was very accommodating.The parking has could be challenging, if your family or friends has more then one car.I recommend Vrbo to anyone that is looking for an special occasion or long-short vacation or events.Our family had an amazing experience.

The house was warm and beautiful! Great location! Much more pleasant and comfortable than a hotel room! Definitely worth staying at!

This home was great for our Christmas vacation the home was clean and spacious. Great communication we will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our time at this home and made great memories with our family.

Parking was easy but my vehicle was broken into and things taken

The house was very clean, we had plenty of room for 9 of us.

Very clean, very comfy. It was just right for our visit.My 5 siblings and i were in town for a family funeral. We each had a room to ourselves, and with 3 full baths we all had what we needed.We loved how well stocked the house was. It was convenient for everything we needed. I will remember it for our next visit!

Great location for our group to stay for the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial!

We had to park on the street due to the steep slant of the driveway causing our van to bottom out front and back. House was great though.

Plenty of room in the house for our lrg group. Grandparents were very comfortable on the main floor. Plenty of parking. House was clean and well stocked. Only request would be new towels without stains. Had a wonderful experience

We've stayed in several VRBOs in the past and this one was the best equipped and best communication we have ever had. The host was very good about communicating and gave great instructions every step of the way. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone had a space to sleep and our kids had a great time. I also appreciated that were two step in tubs that our Senior member felt safe in. We really loved the outdoor space at the home and used it everyday of our stay. It was very centrally located and it was about 20 min. to several attractions. Even though it was not walking distance like I thought, we loved playing at the Rec center nearby The big fields were great to play frisbee in and the playground equipment was great. The pool was not available on the day we wanted because of over capacity so good thing we called first. I really appreciated the very clear instructions that were left that included info on the area. All in all, it was a great place for our entire family to gather from across the country.

The home worked very well for our families to come together with the two levels.

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot for our crew. Beautiful and spacious, and we really appreciated the children's toys and books. Also had fun playing some of the games. The host was responsive (we missed the entry code when it came in) and had no issues whatsoever. Our highest recommendation for anyone looking for a central location in this area!!!

A group of us go to Colorado Springs every year for an event. This house was perfect for us, as we usually have 6 to 8 adults. The house was perfect and had ample room to lounge about and chat. Extra bonus was that you can actually park in the garage if you so desire. Host communicated well and I have no negative things to say about this property.

We rented this place for my family to stay while we attended another family members wedding. It was a great space for it too. Very spacious, had all the necessities that we needed, and everything regarding our stay was very clear. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large group, as we comfortably had 6 adults, a toddler, and an infant stay here at one time!

Perfect for our family. Close to family living in the area and close to the wedding venue in Larkspur. House had everything we needed and the hosts were great!!

Great place to stay. Lots of room and close to the Academy where we went to watch Air Force football and see my grandson play. Spent fun time with my relatives and my children.
