The house was a nice home, but not black friendly neighborhood I was having a birthday/ valentine gathering music wasn’t loud the uwner came by banging on the door saying to many cars park and it was prohibited via Hoa and I knew is is not a Mandatory Hoa community just a residential voluntary Hoa older homes I just sold and closed in a home in that neighborhood so I am very familiar with the Hoa so half of my people left due to the parking he stayed outside the whole time I. The neighbors driveway whom had confederate flags in his yard I got the parking cleared then he called me on the phone saying we can’t be lingering out slide we are all grown I’ve 50 we were outside clearing he ask me to do he also stated the noise on the patio to live it inside so it really began to be uncomfortable and felt as if we were being harassed at that point his wife also called me saying the parking and hoa may call police saying the president of Hoa was the neighbor again voluntarily neighborhood Hoa not mandatory Hoa but will never book in neighborhood again there was tracker trailer parked on the street at other people homes and other cars at other people that was parked on the street so I know Hoa is not enforced again I just sold a home in that neighborhood so I’m very familiar theory there Hoa policy my entire event was ruined due to that
