Stayed Jul 6, 2021We rented for a week for a baseball tournament. The set up of the house was great! Stinky boys downstairs (ha!) and the rest of the family stayed upstairs. Check in was a breeze and Mr. Hicks continuously checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The house was clean and had all of the major staples you need to start you off on your stay. The pantry had all of the basics and there were plenty of cleaning supplies to clean up each day. My only suggestions... correct the master bed a full size bed, not a queen - so it is two full sized beds upstairs and two twins downstairs. Make sure to bring a hairdryer! I forgot mine and didn't even think about one not being there. And the TV... It's just in a funky place, but I understand with a TV that large it's hard to find a good spot for it - but watching in a breakfast nook is a little awkward... However it did work out well for the boys to play the PS4 :) Overall - great stay and would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 4, 2021This was a great property the only thing it was missing was a pool .. it was clean and a nice set up for everyone including the kids the had toys for them to play with . If I was to come back it would be there for sure . Thank again
