Spacious 5BR Home Near Old Colorado City – Walkable & Family-Friendly

Cute, spacious house, really close to old downtown shops and restaurants. You can walk to all of them.

This was a great, spacious property in a convenient location. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor area, which provided plenty of room to relax. The property is very close to downtown, and we loved being able to visit the farmers market during our stay.The only drawbacks were the coffee maker, which was difficult to use and created a mess each time, leading us to visit Starbucks each morning, and a loud outdoor noise near the property that was occasionally disruptive.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the location and generous outdoor space.

House is clean, well-kept, and stocked with everything we needed for a family stay for a weekend graduation. Temperature control was great, everything in the kitchen worked great, the house is just what we needed. Wifi was perfect. Proximity to downtown Old Colorado City is GREAT and we were able to walk to shop and dine. Also many local hikes and things to see and do! The keypad on the door was easy to use and was great for ease of checking in and for the whole family coming and going at different times. I felt bad that the email I received check-out 11am but the cleaner came at 10am and waited; there is a helpful notebook in the house that did say check-out was 10am but I did not confirm it since the e-mail said 11am. Parking was enough for four cars, which was great. Overall, I would definitely rent here again; it was wonderful!

overall the house is great. The 5 bedrooms worked well with our group. The outside seating is great for meals. The carpet downstairs needs to be replaced and the front porch should be cleaned between guest stays. The porch light and surrounding area had lots of cobwebs/bugs

This is the second time we have stayed here. We like the convenience to area attractions, the privacy in the fenced in yard. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The host is great, quick to respond to any questions.

Don’t hesitate book this house! Checking in was extremely easy and the house is in an excellent location. We loved how the easy it was to walk to downtown Old Colorado City. There were 9 adults in our party and the house was more than enough to accommodate us! We loved the outside area especially the two picnic tables put together that we all could sit at. Watching the sunset over the mountains on the front porch was beautiful! Catherine was quick to respond and did everything she could to ensure we had a great stay. She definitely went above and beyond for a slight hiccup that was out of her control. We hope to be back!!!!

This property was very nice and well maintained and stocked! The patio area was perfect! It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The host was very responsive even though she was out of the country. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The house was clean and well-stocked. Awesome back yard with patio furniture and a fire table. Great location within a short walk to the main strip of Old Colorado City, and a short drive to Manitou Springs, downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and other local areas of interest. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space, and the neighborhood was very quiet and quaint.

This home is surprisingly spacious! There are plenty of large bedrooms and common living spaces. The home is well equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, games and books. The yard is spacious and offers a comfortable place to enjoy the weather and sit by a fire. One evening we walked to Old Colorado Springs where there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. It’s only a couple of blocks away and a perfect walk from the house. The house is just down the street from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We loved our stay and would enjoy coming back

This home is perfect for a family vacation. We had six adults and 3 kids and were all very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchens, lots games that were fun, nice backyard and perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
