This place is a gem! The home was pristine. It’s way bigger than what the street view implies. The basement is its own mini space with an office, sitting room w/TV, and a bedroom. We had 7 adults and there was sufficient room for everyone…. Even when you needed to take a break. The hosts were responsive and funny, accommodating of a later checkout, supplied us with board games and corn hole. :) We had an amazing stay while celebrating my MIL’s 80th Birthday and ate delicious burgers hot off the backyard grill! We definitely recommend this place. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the downtown mall/river front.

This home was spotless and incredibly spacious, with high-end touches throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. It's located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, and we even got a surprise visit from local wildlife—watching a deer snack from a neighbor's bird feeder was a fun highlight! The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. We’d happily stay here again.

I worked as a residential maid during college. This house was especially clean (dusted and well-maintained), with a few exceptions (ex:kettle, coffee maker). Someone came by in the mornings and cleared away the snow from the entrance. That was really nice. No problems checking in or out. We greatly appreciated the handheld shower heads, as well as the extra fans around the house. The mattresses were comfortable. My husband was happy and comfortable the entire time. I can't say the same. I had an allergic reaction due to the overwhelming, scented laundry detergent on the towels, pillows and blankets. I ended up sleeping with my thin travel blanket and drying off with a hair dryer (provided). We considered leaving to stay at a hotel, because hotels do not use scented laundry soap. I bought my own Eco unscented laundry soap, but the fabrics have been permeated with scent and so is the washing machine. I initially chose to stay at a house so I could cook my own meals. The provided cookware is scratched-up, non-stick and should be thrown away (even the manufacturer says to do so.) The outdoor grill was coated in whatever marinade was previously cooked, so I didn't bother with that (plus, it was snowy.) Plastic cooking utensils are also damaged.We ended up going out to eat, something I strongly dislike- spending what tended to be an extra 67/meal. I would recommend staying here to some individuals, but not everyone.

The home was in excellent condition and the location was prime. The renovations really maximized the space to accommodate a large family group staying in town for a basketball tournament. Could easily share the space with another family as well. This was my first time staying at a VRBO with a high priced damage deposit and I did not realize that it is VRBO’s policy to refund the deposit after 14 days. This factor alone will impact our use of this home for future visits.

Great house for the money.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is often difficult to find a home that sleeps so many and meets other expectations but this one does just that! We had 6 adults and 3 kids very comfortably in the house. Check-in, check-out and everything in between was so easy! We'll definitely be back for our travels.

Softball brings a family together. We had family members travel from CA, OR, WA and MT to meet up and support my niece for a softball tournament. Some of us have not seen eachother in over 6 years and the opportunity wouldn't have been as seamless without a hub. This home was perfect; an outdoir space to relax at night and the younger ones to run off some energy. The separation of floors gave everyone their own little haven; teens upstairs, Meme downstairs and the others in between. Comfortable in all areas from beds to towels. Quick response when a minor snag with the tv arose (remember to sign out of your streaming service, someone was logged into one, and I think I left myself logged in to another) Overall superb!

Stayed at house for a weekend baseball tournament fo my son and wedding dress shopping for my daughter. Great use of space. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Very clean and efficient. Beautifully furnished with great back yard to relax in. Would rate this house in top 5 of all stays! Owners very communicative.

We were in town for Hoopfest and this house was perfect for our team's families to stay together. Loved how modern and updated everything is and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be very comfortable. We walked to a couple great restaurants in the neighborhood too. Highly recommend!
