SPACIOUS 5 BR SOUTH ORLEANS HOME NEAR BEACHES, GOLF & MORE IN BEAUTIFUL CAPE COD

The house worked great for our family. There was plenty of space. Communication was great. We especially loved our nights out by the fire pit :). The house had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked, beach towels & chairs, toiletries and lots more. The central AC was a huge bonus as it was hot and humid during our stay. My only suggestion would be a good deep cleaning of the home and cleaning out the clutter from closets etc. There were a lot of dead bugs in window sills and we had many spiders inside the home. Some crawling on beds etc. The home also needs another trash bin as we filled it a few times even though the trash was pickup up twice. Overall a good stay in Orleans.

This lovely, spacious and well appointed home worked very well for our extended family. Plenty of space, a quiet location, and close to Skaket Beach for our 3 toddlers!

We had an excellent stay! The communication with the property owner was awesome and checking in was a breeze. Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. The Firepit area/patio was our nightcap each night. A great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this great house! It was beautiful and clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We loved roasting s’mores on the fire, bbqing and having family breakfasts at the large dining room table. The living room was the perfect size for our party of 8 and the bedrooms were also great! We loved the outdoor showers and it was perfect to be able to use the house beach chairs. Great location right off of main roads and close to the beach, great restaurants and ice cream! Owners were also extremely responsive and reached out to see how our stay was going. Lauren

When we arrived we found the house in a very nice area in Orleans. The house was very clean, updated, and very cozy. The back deck was large enough for the eight adults to have out meals and spend time together. The back yard was perfect for us to play games, and best of all was spending time around the fire pit in the evening. Patrick our host was pleasant, friendly, and responsive to our needs. Best vacation on the Cape so far.

We had a great week in Orleans! The house was perfect for our group (6 adults, 2 children, 1 infant) and we found it clean and well-stocked upon arrival (sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, games, etc.). Patrick was an organized, responsive host, and we'd definitely recommend this place.

House had 5 BRs with large beds making it perfect for all adult couples. Location was ideal. Close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House was roomy and comfortable. Outside deck, yard and fire pit added to our enjoyment. We’ll return!

Great property. Great location.

The house was the perfect space for our group. We balanced working from home, cooking meals, and gathering, and no one felt on top of each other. We were able to enjoy the large couch, desk space, grill and even sat by the fire pit one night. Patrick was very responsive to our various questions. The house it tucked in the neighborhood and close to where we needed to be, but there are no shops/coffee walkable from this location.
