Stayed Jun 12, 2025Overall, this rental was very nice and perfect for our bachelorette party. Everything felt clean and taken good care of. The area didn't look the best, but we had no issues. Nice private parking in the back, and plenty of parking on the street. The host was very attentive and caring of a minor issue. Would 10/10 recommend.

Stayed May 18, 2025First time staying in Chicago for a family trip. Beautiful home and only 10 minute walk from the green line train to take us into town! Property manager was great to work with as well!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025The stay was good. Although the areas around the home is really rough and its next to an abandoned home that's boarded up. When we arrived, it was shocking and we almost thought we were at the wrong place. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed the home and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024My coworkers and I came to Chicago for a conference and this was the perfect place to stay for it. The rooms were well separated so noise didn't travel between them, and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating, and it was only a short distance from downtown Chicago.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024This was one of our favorite bookings for our annual family/friends trip. The extra special touches, the snacks & shampoo/conditioner & bathroom accessory etc was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our group and the outings we had planned. The host communicated well with us, and the notes left behind were much appreciated. It was clean, and well maintained for sure. We only wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have used the outdoor area (although it was a good backdrop for our group pictures). We would definitely recommend!!!
