Spacious 5 Bedroom-SeaWorld/Lackland Family Retreat

This property was just as it was listed. Austin was great at wring any questions we had in a reasonable amount of time. We were in town for a wedding and this spacious property was just what we needed for our three families to stay.

We stayed 3 nights (May 2026) for an Air Force BMT graduation. The house is very close & convenient to the Valley Hi gate. There’s also a super Wal-Mart near the entrance of the neighborhood that was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant during our stay. The house has 5 bedrooms and was very clean & comfortable. The downstairs king bed master suite is a good size and the toilet is private from the rest of the bathroom! There’s also a half bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has three bedrooms with queen beds, a bunk room with 2 twin bunk-beds, & two full bathrooms plus a large living/family room. The living room downstairs is open to the kitchen which was nice for visiting. Kitchen appliances worked just fine. We didn’t use the laundry room but the units appeared to be in good shape. The only negatives I could possibly say is none of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, but the AC worked just fine in 93 degree weather while we were there. The bunk beds (we didn’t use them because we didn’t need them) seemed like they would be ok for younger children but I don’t know if I would’ve trusted them with older kids over 100/125lbs, they were just kinda wobbly. Also, the backyard ain’t much to look at and the charcoal grill has seen better days… But we spent our time inside visiting with our graduate and were very pleased with our stay. I would recommend this house to family & friends. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very spacious and exactly as described. The home was also very clean, except for the yard but we did not utilize it.The kitchen had all the basic things you'd need. The living area upstairs was definitely a plus for the kids. They loved rhe basketball game. The distance to downtown was about 20 minutes away and the highway being quickly accessible. Having walmart 5 min away was also very helpful. However, the queenbeds felt very small.The bunk beds are definitely for kids as they are not very sturdy. There are only a handful of towels and they are very small. Not necessarily towels for adults so bring your own. Overall, it was a very good place to stay!

This home is as pictured. Home was clean. The master bedroom and a half bathroom is down stairs and the rest of the bedrooms snd full baths are upstairs. Check in was easy. Good neighbor hood and easy access to the highway. Great relaxing home and spacious!

Yes the kitchen was fully stocked with the basics essential.

Evening was good.

The access to the freeway and the Air Force base was great. That alone gave us more quality time with our graduating son. Thank you.

The layout of this house was perfect for our family. Rooms were clean and acceptable size. Our host was extremely easy to work with.

The amenities were very poorly maintained grass overgrown,dishes still had crumbs and food on them, the basketball machine falling apart. I do have pictures if needed.

Great place for a family great family room with games for the kids. Enjoyed the five bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was spacious and adequately equipped.

The house was immaculate!! Up to date decor and so cozy. Only thing I would recommend is having patio furniture to be able to sit outside and to keep the yard mowed. Otherwise, highly recommended

It was very warm and cozy place to gather as a family. It was a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for my small family to enjoy after the long hot days from the Waterpark and SeaWorld.

Was as advertised. We stayed there for my sons basic training graduation. Plenty of room and easy to get to Lackland.

We stayed 2 different times for our twin nephews graduations from Lackland BMI. They joined 3 weeks apart, so we had to trips close to each other. This property was exactly as described and pictured and in a perfect location for access to Lackland.

Check in was simple and easy. House was very spacious for our party of 7. Wifi was fast. Location was great! Definitely will save and stay here again!!

Great location, great amenities, great for a family, great responsive host! Definitely will rebook next time we travel to San Antonio.

The property was very clean which is number 1 for us. The upstairs bedrooms could use a bench, dresser, or luggage rack to put suitcases on.The bush in front of the garage makes it hard to see the address and was difficult to find the property when checking in after dark.Was a great property and ok forward to being back again.

This house was perfectly for our family of 9. We were in town for our sons Airforce graduation. 12 minutes from the AF base, down the street from Super Walmart, perfect location and nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great property for 5 adults. Clean, well set up. Beds were soooo comfortable! Had an issue at check-in that could have been an absolute disaster, but the owner was receptive and immediately responsive. Turned out to be just a minor blip and a vacation story to tell. Super nice host, highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had 7 of us and this house was the perfect size. The kids enjoyed the arcade items. We did wish for a little more stock of things in the kitchen. We needed bigger glasses to drink out of and there was no silverware insert in the dishwasher. We cook on our trips and could have used a bigger frying pan. Other than that, this was a 5 star in every other way.

We had 12 people. Every bed was taken. There was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. It was a fantastic place to stay . It was close to all the places we needed to go. However, the front and back of the house was overgrown with weeds & grass which caused a lot of mosquitoes in the house and surrounding area.

Our host was great, 3 of the five in our group were female and I gave up a pool house so we could have the extra bathrooms and with the BMT schedule everyone was on time every day! (less stress for me) The house is very spacious, and very clean our extra guests were impressed too when they stopped by. Walmart is close which was good. I would book again without hesitation! The Truemper Gate at Lackland is a short easy drive, and depending on the time about 20-25 minutes to down town. DK family

We came fire my son's graduation from Air Force BMT. This is a beautiful home with all the room you need for a big family! Super comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and the game room is so fun!

We were in town to watch my husband graduate from basic training at Lackland AFB. Great location. Easy to get to the base! Huge rooms, lots of space to hangout, easy to work the tv. We really enjoyed our stay! Austin replied quickly to any questions I had. Thank you!

The house was beautiful. All of the furnishings and amenities were great. It was in a great neighborhood. And it was 10 minute access to Lackland AFB for our son’s graduation.

This space provided exactly what we were looking for during our stay: space, quiet neighborhood, access to a grocery and a 15-20 min drive to the downtown area. The master bedroom was comfortable and body and shampoo were provided in all bathrooms. The game room provided plenty of fun for our group as well. Thanks for providing all of our needs.

This home was exactly what my family and I needed for our getaway—spacious, clean, and super comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also a huge plus—everything around the area was convenient and easy to get to, from restaurants to attractions.But what really stood out was the hospitality. I accidentally left my phone behind after we checked out, and the host went above and beyond to make sure it was sent back to me. That kind of care and attention means a lot and speaks volumes about how well they treat their guests.Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay with great vibes all around!

Very nice property! It was cozy and very accommodating for my group of friends. Very convenient to have Walmart nearby. It was close to everywhere we went. Awesome stay!

March - spring break. 3 families- 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Clean and close to sea world. We had an electrical outage in the neighborhood and host helped and communicated well. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The house has what we needed.

This spacious home was perfect for our extended family in town for our Air Force son's graduation.
