Stayed Jul 5, 2025We really loved this house. Its location is ideal for easy access to town, beaches and cape cod baseball.Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, open kitchen roomy and well stocked.Only issue was with spiders in the house. We found numerous baby spider crawling on the ceiling of 2 upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen. When cleaning up after them we encountered numerous spider webs. We think the cleaners should be clearing spider webs maybe to keep this from happening?

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We were pleasantly surprised at the space and layout of the house for our group of 9. While we weren’t there at the height of summer (quite the opposite) the access to downtown Orleans was fabulous.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023We stayed in this house with my family of four, my brother's family of five, and our mother (grandmother). The layout worked great for my mother to have her own en-suite bathroom and the kids loved having the basement bedrooms and hangout area. The location in Orleans is a reasonable walk to the Orleans town center and an easy walk to the baseball field to watch the Orleans Firebirds.
