Stayed Jul 18, 2025Eva was so kind and easy to communicate with during our stay. The home is beautiful and in a great location. So much space for entertaining with a beautiful backdrop over the pool and trees. Lots of light in the home and something for everyone with the pool, hot tub, game room, sitting areas etc. I would stay here again! I would note for older or younger generations spiral staircases only. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Everyone in our group loved this home! It is even more stunning than pictured.My 2 granddaughters asked me if we could just stay there forever! LOL The features and room arrangements were perfect for our multi-family group. We enjoyed cooking meals in both the inside & outside kitchen.It was great to have a table large enough to accommodate all of us. The highlight for everyone was hanging out by (and in) the pool & hot tub! The kids would have stayed in the pool the entire time!We also enjoyed the game room.Communication with the owner was excellent! Eva responded very quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend to other families/groups! The only exception I might say would be if you have toddlers that would be hard to keep off the spiral staircase, or for anyone unable to navigate stairs, as all the bedrooms are either up or down stairs.We enjoyed exploring the Suncadia community. We all agreed that we would love to return to this property in the future.
