Stayed Oct 10, 2025The house was very nice, very spacious, and the bed layout was perfect for our guys trip (or even 5 couples) 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 office space downstairs that was set up as a bedroom with a door also. 2.5 bathrooms with both full baths upstairs. Fenced in backyard and garage was perfect to put away one of our vehicles (1 car garage). 2 of the bedrooms had TVs and the living area also. The only thing to be aware of is the street is pretty busy during the day so if you like to sleep in road noise could be a concern for those 2 rooms (master 1). But there are 3 other rooms that are not affected. This would not sway me away from staying here again. The host was very responsive.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The house was fairly new, very clean & well kept inside. Beds, furniture, and overall feel were very comfortable. My only knocks on this property are that it is about a 1/2 mile from Charlotte airport and the planes fly directly overhead at low altitude, so it it's pretty loud inside until the airport closes. Also, the backyard was grown over, and we couldn't use it. It's on a busy main street, and getting in & out of the driveway was challenging. Otherwise, it's located very close to downtown and convenient to the highway. It's a great value for the area, and for the amount of time we were actually there, I would stay again. It's about 16 miles from Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Z-Max drag strip.. it's an easy drive with the highway right there.

Stayed May 10, 2024Communication of the house with the host could be better. Yes, they answer the phone any time I called but I feel as if we should have been informed of things that we were not informed of. The house looks like the pictures on the listings. We felt the beds and the furniture were all stiff and not very comfortable. But the house is nicely decorated. Also the host sent the cleaning crew to the home 30mintues before check out. Had to send them the original reservation reminding the of the original checkout time. Overall I would stay again if ever in the Charlotte area
