Stayed Oct 21, 2025The location worked well and the size of the home was ideal. The site does not give the actual address of the house, however the hostess was prompt and did share the address and also shared a personal number / as the site seemed to have a delay. Better check in / check out processes would have been ideal. Pool - a draw for staying here was the pool and hot tub. There was no hot tub / and the pool was freezing. We were told there was an add’l heating fee for this time of year, however after reviewing the site and all links, I didn’t find any add’l fees for heating the pool, and if a hot tub is advertised, there should be a working hot tub. TV- We were unable to login to local channels. Immediate response that the RoKu password was reset, however that didn’t work, so we couldn’t add our own app! Cleanliness - the house was fairly clean. However, I would suggest checking in on your cleaners. Many empty boxes / cartons laying around and the side yards show maintenance / remodeling is happening and doesn’t give a great first impression when a car tire is laying in the side yard. Tips: The grill in the yard requires pellets / no pellets on site. The charcoal grill had coals, but we didn’t easily find a lighter. The kitchen could use a few more spatulas / kid friendly cups (plastic / Tupperware) and a better nonstick pans. Otherwise, it really was a pleasant stay. Communicative hostess / Friendly / Large House size and large functional kitchen.
