Stayed Aug 1, 2025Wonderful house which easily accommodated my 10 guests and was fully stocked. The owner promptly responded to my inquiries and requests. The property is close to destination venues Kennebunkport, Portland South and the beach.

We loved the separate seating in the kitchen/living room and the dining/game area.Gorgeous kitchen and the home is close to everything. The host was responsive and. checked in a few times to confirm that we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this home again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025John's place was fabulous and very comfortable for our friends reunion. The games and activities made it so fun for the kids and we had everything we needed. He was very responsive and communicative when we couldn't find something.
