Spacious 5 Bedroom Family Home Near TPC & Westworld Private Pool

This was a last-minute booking for family members who were visiting us. The host was responsive and everything was in order. It was as described and comfortable, convenient, and served our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed both the hot tub and the pool immensely! The whole backyard experience was very enjoyable! I would stay there again if my travels brought me back to that area!

Good location, very nice neighborhood and quiet private back yard. The pool and spa we not heating correctly while we were there, but I believe this was fixed when we left. The house is very spacious.

Great house in a great location! Close to everything and we loved the pool and quiet, friendly neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room when the kids and grandkids came to visit. Carrie was always quick to reply when we had questions. We will be back!

Suggest providing paper towels and kleenex.

The ice machine in frig. was not working, Hot and cold not functioning properly in master bath, right handed sink. Everything else was excellent, had a great time. Very convenient for the Barrett Jackson shop which we attended.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and good location

We came to Arizona for a golf trip and enjoyed our stay at Carrie’s house. They have everything you need and their pool is great after a hot day. Would highly suggest and stay again if we come back in the area.

Everything was accurate as posted! It was super easy to communicate with host, and they responded in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the AC temperature would automatically change during the day to 90 degrees! We didn’t know how to manually change it one night, and it felt like a sauna. This issued was fixed, and never had any other issues. We would definitely come back to this home on vacation in AZ again!

Very good shape for Age of house. Could not get the TV to work and we had two that knew lots about TV settings. All channels went to subscribe. Must not have paid their bill . We had about 3 local channels is all. could not get Youtube or Netflix to work. When we turned on Netflix all we could see were the captions and no movies.

Family gathering

We rented this house for a short golf trip. It is in a great location, gated community and at the end of a cul de sac. So it was quiet and yet minutes to shopping and golf. Would rent again!

We were three families celebrating an 80th birthday. Two families had young teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the property exactly as described on the site; it was ideally situated at the end of a cul de sac, spacious, and clean. The host provided detailed instructions in advance of arrival as well as in a binder for reference. Carrie, the host, replied to requests or questions quickly and suggested restaurants in response to my email in advance of our arrival. And, she started the water heater via remote for the pool and spa so that it would be ready upon our arrival. The home is well equipped with utensils. (We purchased groceries from AJ's about 1.5 miles away.) We highly recommend this property.

Would definitely stay here again

House is in a gated community, private backyard, great pool and fire pit. We loved the open layout of the house and the seating for all of us.

We visited Phoenix for our son’s wedding at the Desert Foothills Event Center. This home was very close to the venue and worked out perfectly for family and friends to stay and visit during our 2 week rental. Lovely home, with lots of space to spread out. Enjoyed the outdoor patio space.

Great place with a perfect location. The neighborhood was very quite and safe. This house was perfect for our stay. We will be choosing this house again the next time we go back to Scottsdale.

Super location, convenient to golf courses, great restaurants and grocery store. Plenty of room, enjoyed playing pool and hitting hot tub after golf.
