Spacious 5-bedroom Beach Home w/ Spa, Sauna+ Game Room ~ Walk to the beach!

The location of the house was perfect for getting to what we wanted to see.

Home looks exactly like the photos and as described. Very close to beach and downtown.

Perfect place for a 3-generation family reunion. It is large, with a good kitchen, and is close to the beach. The game room was a bonus as we weathered a 3-day storm.

Great amenities, clean and spacious for all our families. Lovely home!

Great communication with host, house has all amenities we needed for 6 adults and 4 small children. All beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. House is a short walk to the beach, very convenient location for our events in Montecito and at the SB Zoo.

Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect place for our family of 9. We walked everywhere - beach, zoo, playground, batting cages, and groceries. Highlight for the kids was running to the window whenever they heard a train whistle.

Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 6 days with family ages 4-77. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We loved the big living/dining area and the outdoor fire pit and hot tub made cool evenings special. The location was excellent - a quick walk to the beach and all that makes Santa Barbara such a wonderful place. We had very few issues but we got quick responses from management. I would highly recommend this property.

This house had everything we needed! Kids were so excited about all the fun toys included. I was excited it had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Easiest checkin and checkout! Very close to beach!

This house is super close to the beach, is only a five minute drive to the restaurants and main shopping areas of Santa Barbara, and bonus has incredibly comfy beds and was spotless. Easily accommodating a group of 12 the amenities were solid was everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, the home is directly across from the train tracks so leaving one of the balcony doors open in the evening can be loud. Definitely keeping this property on my list for next time!

As a group of spring break middle school teachers this home provided all our necessities! Lots of bathrooms and showers! The kitchen was spacious for the many cooks. Walks to the beach were quick and easy in the AM! We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the comfy beds and pillows too! too. hoyse

We loved everything about this house! It was a great layout and has good bedroom to bathroom ratio for large groups. It is super easy to walk to the beach and just over a mile walk to the funk zone. Highly recommend!! Everything was perfect!

Great for us with a larger party of people. Enjoyed the little games to play and hot tub! Proximity to the beach was awesome as well. Definitely would come back.

Perfect place for a family !!

The house is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the beach and close to various attractions. It is well-equipped in every aspect and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. There is plenty of entertainment available for both kids and adults, including a variety of games in the game room, a ready-to-use jacuzzi, a sauna, and even Netflix. Our group included all age ranges—from adults to teenagers and even a baby—everyone felt very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was that the train tracks were located directly across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

Needed a place for the whole family plus the family dog. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The beds are super comfy very nice bedding. I would recommend
