Just a short drive or bike ride (1.2 miles) and you'll have your toes in the sand enjoying the 3.5 miles of Seabrook Islands' unspoiled beach.
Upon entering you're greeted by a beautiful great room with vaulted wood ceiling and a wall of floor to ceiling windows framing the golf course view. Sliding doors open to the expansive deck that spans the back of the home. Off the great room is a cozy den filled with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and 50" HDTV. This is the perfect place to settle into after a busy day on the beach.
The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is flooded with natural light with a granite topped island and open the sunny dining area. Sliding doors lead to the deck with additional table seating for outdoor dining and a propane grill.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a half bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The large master suite has a king bed and is highlighted by sliding door access to the deck with golf course views. There is a wall mounted 43" HDTV with Netflix. The master bath is en suite and features double granite topped vanity, hair dryer, large garden tub and walk in shower.
The first guest room is furnished with 2 twin beds and has access to a full bath with tub/shower combo and hair dryer. Additional features include 20"HDTV w/Netflix and sliding doors open to the deck. The second guest room features 2 full beds, 30" HDTV with Netflix and en suite bath. The updated bathroom has a walk in shower and hair dryer. The 4th bedroom is actually a beautiful guest suite over the garage with full en suite bath, walk in shower and hair dryer. This is a lovely retreat with queen bed, 40" HDTV w/Netflix and views of the golf course. The rear deck of this home provides a fantastic expanded living area. Relax and enjoy the serenity of this incredible home.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Seabrook Island is a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex and 3.5 miles of pristine beach all here for you to explore!
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:

We will rent again! Loved the property and the Island.
We completely enjoyed our stay with our three children and their significant others. The home worked perfectly. It is exactly as presented; clean, well-decorated and appointed. There were 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It was very comfortable. The home is located on the golf course, but was only a short 10-minute bike ride and 5-minute car ride to the beach. There are several entrances to the beach and you need to find the one that works best for you, but we never found any beach that was overcrowded, except right next to the club pool and Pelican Cafe during high-tide. The neighborhood is gated, well-kept, quiet and beautiful. The company that manages this property, Coastal Getaways, is very professional, responsive and accommodating. Renting bicycles for the week was easy and efficient, the home came with beach chairs and shopping for essentials is only a ten-minute drive in an area called Fresh Fields. We had a wonderful, relaxing, hassle free vacation and hope to return again very soon.
Wonderful house with all the amenities and well stocked kitchen and linens/ towels. Good location not far from beach and shopping. Everything was very clean and the appliances were very nice. The garage refrigerator and the free standing ice maker is a nice bonus. Highly recommend
Seabrook Island, SC has long been one of our favorite vacation spots. It is a private gated community with beautiful beaches, pools and miles of road way that is safe for family biking. The main road around the island is 6 miles long. We always ride our bikes when we are at Seabrook Island and rarely get back in the car. There are also beautiful walkways for beach access and a really cool crabbing dock out past the fire station. The drive in from Charleston is beautiful, with Spanish moss hanging from the oak trees over the roadway for the last several miles. It really sets the mood for a great vacation! We have stayed at several VRBO houses over the years. This house was a great place to stay! It was clean, had a great location and was well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s so nice to stay at a house that actually has some basics like spices, cooking oil, beach chairs and toys. The house had all that we needed, without being cluttered. The huge back deck is an amazing spot for having your morning coffee and watching the golfers. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!
