Spacious 4BR/2BA Private Beach, Large private yard, Family Friendly Neighborhood

Outstanding family home and very convenient to the private beach.. Our second summer there and look forward to next year’s visit

The home was very spacious, clean and neat, with any and all the kitchen utensils and equipment a family would need.A very short walk to a private beach. Perfect family vacation home. Thank you.

Overly outdated,yard was weeds and dirt, and the fact that we had to supply our own bedding and linens for the price we paid. Also window air conditioning units in the bedrooms and fans in the rest of the house, doesn’t qualify as air conditioning and all of the air fresheners in the rooms needed to be replaced and bathroom on the first floor needs updating. Pictures can be deceiving. Very disappointed, Vrbo needs to check their listing.

The property was perfect for us - 3 adult children with spouses and a 1 year old, and my husband and me. There were 2 huge bedrooms and one smaller bedroom upstairs, and a big bedroom downstairs next to the office with a door that closed, which we used for the baby’s room. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining room was big enough for all of us, and the living room was also very big with comfy chairs. The back yard was really big and our grandson had fun running around in it. The shed had beach chairs, a wagon, and yard games, which was a bonus!!!The neighborhood was great and the walk to the association beach was easy and beautiful. It rained the day that we were planning on going to the association beach, but it looked great! All the bedrooms had air conditioning, and there were fans for the office and living rooms. Robert was easy to get in touch with and very responsive! It would be nice if linens were provided, but we knew they weren’t, and we were able to borrow from family members and buy cheap sheets from Walmart. We had a fantastic stay, and plan to rent from Robert again!!

The house was quaint and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. A quintessential Cape house. The location in Falmouth Heights is excellent! Close to the beach and many restaurants and activities. Linens and most toiletries are not included. Be sure to bring your own.

The home is as presented in the listing… good location, beach access, spacious rooms.. downside is that it is very dated, outdoor furniture is minimal and rusty. Giving that people are coming from far away( in our case Canada, Georgia, and NH), and the beach is a primary draw, it was disappointing that there were no beach chairs. Overall a good spot, but some minor improvements could make it a lot better

The home was wonderful for our family and the location was perfect… beach was so close.. on top of the the weather was amazing.. nothing like a Cape Cod Summer! We hope to return again next year

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Walking to the beach was so easy and stress-free and my kids loved fishing off the rocks. The house was spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

It was a perfect home and spot for a family gathering and Cape vacation. The house was very accesible for my elderly parents, clean, and lots of room to sleep and entertain. Great location to easily access everything for a relaxing summer vacation. Highly recommend this home away from home in beautiful Cape Cod, Falmouth.

We loved the private beach within walking distance. The large back yard was great for our Grandchild. The house was perfect for us. Four large bedrooms. Clean and very comfortable. We loved the town of Falmouth. Great restaurants and shopping. My husband and son were able to see two cape cod baseball games.

Perfect location, access to everything. House was great, comfortable and inviting. Stay here - You Will Not Regret It
