Stayed Jun 30, 2025Beautiful newer home with comfortable furnishings and beds and AC. Great gated neighborhood and reasonable access to Yosemite. Town was small but cute and historical. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the fact that we could spread out. It was a little inconvenient that we had to book two nights.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Family of 7 with 3 grandparents, 2 children, and 1 dog stayed very comfortably in this home near Yosemite. We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for everyone. Home was VERY clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses, utensils, two coffee makers :-)! We ventured daily into Yosemite and enjoyed being emersed in calm, peace, nature.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024Overall great house and beautiful scenery. Loved all the wild life. The only thing that I thought could have been better is the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels. They were only one ply. We needed more trash bags and some plastic cups and plates would have been nice for the kids.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was so comfortable and perfect for a big family. There are just a few hiccups we encountered. Trash was filled to the brim outside the property upon our arrival from previous guests.. because of that. A bear came that night and ravaged through the whole thing and left his paw print on our car… which was a super cool souvenir. Trash mess we had to clean up.. not so much. The manager of this property was completely non existent! Couldn’t get into contact with them prior to the trip or during! Property is lacking a bit in cooking supplies. There was a small ant problem upon arrival.. and the tv downstairs does not work which is very inconvenient as well for guests down there. Over all we still loved it here SO MUCH! The property is gorgeous and spacious and it is so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED IT!

Stayed May 26, 2023This house was great! We had two families with small children. Family one (6, 4, 1). Family two (6, 2). The floor plans on the first and second floors are identical, with each having a kitchen. The lower level kitchen is not fully stocked though. So we just did all our cooking in the upstairs kitchen. There is a pack n play and some games in the upstairs kitchen bench. Fans in all the rooms. Blinds are a little tricky but fine once you figure them out. TV upstairs was all set up with Netflix, Disney etc. The kids LOVED the swing out back. Only recommendation I have is that a highchair would be nice. But we made do. The private amenities were really nice too. Two great parks in the development for kids to play on, one of which is on a little beach area that was just awesome. It was really nice to have fun things to do without going back into Yosemite since 120 was closed, making Yosemite a two hour drive each way. The town of Groveland also had another park with a cute skate park area. Fun family hiking nearly. Great location. And they didn't have a laundry list of things they wanted you to do before you leave, which was super nice. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022This house was so perfect for our family. I’ve been coming to PML for about 14 years and this place is by far the best. Two identical floors allowed for so much space. We will be renting this again. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall the house was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. I would chose this house over a hotel, but I'd look for another house before choosing this one. We experienced alot of rather annoying quirks about this place. Here's a rundown. -Downstairs TV does not work. (Bring your own DVD's) -No toys or pack n play were available as advertised. -Blinds are very difficult to operate, practically unusable. -Upstairs offers very little lighting a few lamps is all you get no overhead lighting. -The wifi info we were given did not work. -No can offered to take out trash, no where to put dog poo after we bagged it. -Cleaning staff expect a tip even though a large cleaning fee has been paid. -Some of the gates did not work, we had to drive around to find another gate to get to the home. -No instructions on how to use the Murphy bed. -Closet with the vacuum was emitting a horrible smell. -Advertised more beds than there were. (2 kings, the bunk bed and the Murphy.) Definitely doesn't sleep 10 comfortably. 8 max. If you decide to stay here, be sure you go directly to the kisok. The wording on this and in the welcome email make it seem as though the kisok is on your way. It is not, if you go directly to the house you'll be met with a locked gate and have to drive back 10 mins to go the kisok. Be sure you put the kisok address in your GPS not the house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, perfect for two small groups. Upstairs offers a main and a kids bedroom with a full kitchen living dining. Downstairs has a bedroom and a room with a Murphy bed, kitchen washer dryer and living. The outside space was great! We liked the house and wouldn't mind one or two of the issues but it was too much. We probably wouldn't come back or recommend this place.
