Spacious 4BR House Close to Everywhere

Just what we needed!!

This property was very charming. The host took the time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the little details that made us feel welcome. We will definitely book this location in the future!

A great 4 bedroom old house.

This was an excellent location near PSU for our family to stay for my sons PSU Grad/Senior Week. Cute and comfortable home with a mix of antique furniture and modern accents. Would be a great location for all PSU events located in a quiet/“nicer” neighborhood thats down the road from one of the local favorites “Waffle House” and several stores/restaurants. Minutes to downtown PSU/Old Main/PSU Football Stadium/Medlar Baseball Field/Hockey Arena/Bryce Jordan Center & Blue Golf course are all very close. Travel Tip- Also, ordered Walmart grocery delivery to the front porch for our set arrival time that was very convenient. Thank you to our host Heather that left us some snacks and water to ensure her guests had something on hand to start our stay. House/bathrooms/bedrooms were all showroom clean. 3 of 4 bedrooms had their own TV. 1/2 bath is located near bedroom 4 /near the ground level door to the back yard and laundry area next to kitchen/the other spacious 3 bedrooms were next to the full bathroom up a short flight of stair (about 7-8 steps). All the beds were comfortable with clean white sheets and plenty of pillows/fresh towels. Also, I was very happy they had a Keurig coffee machine onsite. Could not find a cookie sheet, but my husband later said he thought he saw one after the fact. (I just used some foil I had brought to make some cookies) This is the best Value/5 Star VRBO in State College located in an exceptional neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at mulberry house! It was very comfortable and clean, the process was easy and the location was convenient. We have younger kids and the property worked well for us.
