Spacious 4BR home in picturesque West Bradenton - Southern Exposure

Spending time here made our family vacation feel truly special. The open living space and backyard pool quickly became where we gathered each day, with the kids happily swimming while we relaxed nearby. Cooking and eating together was easy thanks to the well-set-up kitchen and roomy dining area. Evenings by the pool were our favorite, sharing laughs and talking about the day. The home is in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood, yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and shops to make outings simple. It was a wonderful place for our family to slow down and enjoy being together.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests—especially the kitchen, which had many options and was fully equipped. We also loved that there were plenty of pool and beach items available, like umbrellas and chairs, which made our stay even better. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and the house overall is absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Horrible check-in. The property management emailed a check-in time of 3pm. We got there at 3. They did not give us the house code until 4pm. Had to sit and wait with kids and infant for an hour in hot sun. Called the property management and said it was 50 for early check-in. No, the email said 3 pm and they said that was a mistake. They should have honored that. Also only left 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Besides that everything was good. Just bad property management.

Beautiful property, very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Nice to have the welcome packs to get you started, much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

When we first arrived, the remote access for the code kept saying unexpected error has occurred. I had to call to get help just to get in. The pictures of the pool must be old because there was no screening around it. All of the lawn furniture was in the yard and scattered around. I literally had to lift most of it and put it in place. The grass was really high and had a lot of wasps around it. The shower curtains had mold at the bottom of it as well. Other than that, the house was beautiful and the location was very nice. Close to the beach and stores. The main disappointment was not having the pool screened in. This is the main reason we chose the house.

We loved our stay and would recommend it to other people it. it would be nice to tell people no tissues no toilet paper we went to the store prior and we thought we would have enough TP and there would be tissues, but there was none not enough, dishwasher soap or dishwasher liquid

Nice home very clean centrally located

This property was beautiful and clean. The listing pictures matched the reality of the home. It’s so convenient to driving to the beach but out of the way enough to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. We enjoyed every moment of relaxing by the pool, and talking as a family on the back patio.

My family and I spent 5 days here and it was great! Beautiful pool and home. Very clean.

Had to buy wash cloths, toilet paper and a plunger for our 4 day stay. The management company was responsive to my texts, but couldn’t / didn’t send anyone local to solve the issues. Overall the house was good and a great location for our family!

Home was clean and comfortable. It was a relaxing environment. The pool was wonderful.
