• Open floor plan with a welcoming foyer and shoe cubby. Note: Please do not wear shoes on carpeted areas.

• Airy living room with a vaulted ceiling.

• Relax with a 55-inch Smart TV for streaming your favorite services.

• A selection of board games is provided for family fun.

KITCHEN & DINING:

• Modern, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops.

• Full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher.

• Complete set of baking essentials, cooking utensils, dishware, and cutlery.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

• Huge screened-in porch accessible through double doors.

• Overlooks a plush, green, fully fenced-in lawn.

• Propane grill available for guest use (guests must supply their own propane and clean grill).

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

• Four private bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, a dedicated desk for work or

study, and its own Smart TV.

• The serene owner's suite on the main level is an oasis with a jetted bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and his-and-her

sinks.

• A private bonus room off the foyer includes its own full bathroom, offering extra privacy.

AMENITIES:

• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

• In-unit laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a starter supply of laundry products.

• Free on-site parking.



Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including the fenced-in yard and screened-in porch. The only exceptions are two locked closets which are reserved for owner storage: one in the kitchen and one in the hallway bathroom.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the Edens Farm neighborhood of Fayetteville, a well-established, family-oriented suburban enclave known for quiet streets beautiful homes.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Raeford Road making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• Security & Protection: We partner with Truvi by SuperHog for independent guest verification. You will be offered the choice to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage, or to provide a refundable $500 security deposit.

• Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 PM, please notify us in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $75 per request, subject to availability.

• Entertainment: The home is equipped with Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. You can log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Cable television is not provided.

• Security: For your safety and the protection of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.

• Professional Management: This property is professionally managed to ensure a high standard of quality and guest support.

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
