Spacious 4BD Tropical Villa with HEATED POOL...MINUTES from the BEACH!

We had a great stay at this house. The host was responsive and super helpful with answering questions and giving suggestions of things to do around town. The pool was great and house was spacious and clean. We already are looking into booking another trip to this exact spot. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful with a great location, but communication with the host was challenging. We did not receive the access code until over an hour after the check-in time after I sent multiple messages. I also messaged the host with a question that needed an answer during our stay and never heard back. Additionally, the two trundle beds were unusable - one was missing the handle and the front was broken so we couldn’t pull it out at all, and the other was visibly dirty when we pulled it out. It clearly had been used and not cleaned or changed sheets. There were several other parts of the house that did not appear to be cleaned since the previous guests were there. I was not able to communicate these things with the host since I was not getting responses to other messages. While the house was great, it was disappointing to have these communication and cleanliness issues for the price we paid.

- The pool, amazing landscaping, and fire feature make this property feel like a resort!- Double ovens and a big fridge make the kitchen a cook’s delight!- Full length mirrors in 3 of the 4 bedrooms are a definite plus. - TVs in every room will keep everyone happy. - Great location! Close to the beaches, Tampa and St. Petersburg!

Our host was very welcoming and all the amenities were in good shape. Garrett was extremely helpful answering all our questions immediately both before and during our stay!

Exceptional property in a perfect location. Worked perfect for my wife and I along with our adult children and two 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. Lots of room with a great pool and patio area in addition to many other amenities. Would definitely consider for future visits. Great hosts and excellent communication as well.

Everything was great! The host was very responsive and we were impressed with all amenities. Talk about an amazing tv to watch football on! We loved our stay!

The house was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! There were a few issues that were taken care of promptly. Communication with host was great! Check in and check out was easy. We enjoyed the pool and the big couch! Beds were super comfy and plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our own space!

Excellent place!

All guests were impressed with the property upon arrival. Our stay lived up to the initial impression - everyone complimented me the entire stay as the villa was perfect for our 10-women bachelorette weekend! Conveniently located - we enjoyed Mad Beach/ John's Pass, St Pete Pier, Central Ave for karaoke - everything was within a short drive/ Uber ride. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The Host was great and our first trip to Florida couldn’t have gone better. The kids loved the pool and we had a lot of space to spread out. The pictures were accurate and represented the quality of a great house. We would definitely book again!

We spent a couple nights in this beautiful home for our annual girls trip. The house was very beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and more. The pool area was amazing!! This house is close to everything and exactly as listed. We were able to drive to public beach access in 5 minutes and had several nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The host was very responsive, giving us plenty of ideas for shopping, beach access and different types of restaurants. It was a great stay and will definitely book again in the future.

The communication was excellent, the home is beautiful and on a tucked back street, plenty of things to cook in with, gorgeous pool. My friends and I have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect house for our group. Beautiful home, Awesome amenities and had everything we needed, down to the dishes. Our girls loved the pool all while the adults loved the lounging... will definitely try to book this house house again.

This home is in a great location. Good for a family or group of friends. Centrally located from all beaches and attractions. Outdoor space was great to have with the heated pool, both lounging areas and outdoor kitchen. Would definitely go back if we are in the area!

Place was beautiful, check in was simple and beaches were close by! Only thing bad about it was no one wanted to leave and go to the beach...everyone was content with just being at the house!

Our family wanted a warm getaway with pool and beach time. This was the perfect house. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. The best part of this house is the back patio. The seating is perfect for a group gathering, the pool temperature was just right, and the grill made cooking breakfast and dinner a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four which includes my wife and 2 daughters (Ages 5 & 8) could not have selected a better property for our Spring Break Vacation this year. The property was absolutely everything we could have asked for. A short 5min to the beach front. A short 10-15min to either St. Pete or Clearwater. The easiest and most convenient access you could ask for. The patio and heated pool were an absolute hit with the kids. Have the ability to do an early morning or late evening swim was key. The open floorplan with the sliding doors to the patio is an absolutely incredible feature. The bedroom situation provided far more space than we needed and the girls loved having their own rooms with their own tv access. The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants including and department stores for any of your needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as it has everything you could ask for while providing a luxurious feel for the adults and entertainment for the kids. We intend to return and will certainly recommend this EXCEPTIONAL property. Thank you for hosting our family.

We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The location was wonderful, anything we needed was just a quick car ride away, including beautiful beaches under 10 minutes away. We had to book this extremely last minute and Nanette made it effortless and still had nice personal touches waiting for us at the house (like beach toys for the kids!). The heated pool, surrounded by the nice cozy outdoor space, was enjoyed by all. My kids woke up and jumped right in the pool. My son said this was the best vacation - on par with Disney! Lots to do in the area - Florida botanical gardens and DK farms were the highlights other than the beach.Thanks for hosting us, we will be back!
