The space
Upon entering, you’re greeted to a slate pool table with a 75” smart tv with seating for 4. The back living area has a massive deep seated leather couch that seats up to 8. It has an 86” tv, 210 gal in-wall fish tank w/direct viewing access from the kitchen.

Each bedroom has its own King or Cal King bed, smart tv and access to a full bathroom. There is 1 large desk with power for those who work from home.

The fitness center has semi commercial weights, 3 cardio machines, 10ft hoop, movie projector and full scale golf simulator! Bring your golf clubs for the best experience. Use the attic gym at your own risk!!

For the gamers, there’s a versus dueling gaming room. How it works: you and your buddy will relax side by side on modular furniture facing opposite walls with your very own 65” tv. The 2 TV’s are on opposing walls so each player can’t peek & see the other players on-screen details. This is important for 1st person shooter and sports games. Bring your gaming consoles!

Outside is a giant fireplace w/seating and a relaxing patio filled with beautiful plants. No parties over 10 people please.

Guest access
The entire house is available except for the garage, attic storage, and all locked areas. There is a keypad on the front door. You will be given the code upon arrival.
