Stayed Aug 21, 2025i would appreciate a call from the company holiday owners we went has a family to stay central for a wedding the property was overgrown with overflowing rubbish out the front, stained bedding and towels , which a few was wet damp on the beds, no tv or internet service at all throughout our 4 nights stay which was ridiculous and communication was ridiculous for a family, no iron at the property has stated, shower that didn’t drain so with 5 people taking showers if anyone needed the toilet after we was paddling through all the water and then our towels was soaked for next shower, door handles came of one bedroom and the bathroom locking my daughter in and on a separate time my son the bungalow lay out and deco is really lovely but cobwebs and lots of spiders around/back garden so overgrown and messy with cigarette butts left on the floor not able to sit and watch my daughter play in the weeds and overgrow, patio doors really hard to lock and when tried to close the payne was moving and two windows we couldn’t close when out for the day or at night making us feel unsafe i will look forward to some ringing me or contacting me regarding a refund i feel i have banged my head against a wall these last few days with all the stress trying to get intouch to sort all issues out. our time away was spoiled.
