Stayed Mar 21, 2025I reserved this property to celebrate with my girlfriends the end of a year of breast cancer treatment and the 1 year anniversary of our dear friend's passing. When we arrived at the property at 8:00 pm, it was occupied by other people having a party. When I called and messaged Omar the owner, he didn't respond and when VRBO tried contacting him he didn't respond. He didn't respond until 24 hours later and said he double booked the property. The house is up for sale and Omar didn't care. Very unacceptable and inconvenient for us.

Stayed May 10, 2025Planned to stay with family for daughter’s graduation weekend. The property was double booked, didn’t get to stay. Ended up paying for multiple hotel rooms.

Stayed May 3, 2025Upon arrival at the property there was a car in the driveway. We attempted to call the host to be told to text please. We text him and he informed us someone had checked in the night before. We called vrbo customer service and they talked to the property owner. He told them he would refund us upon getting back to a computer. We have still not been refunded and he is not answering text.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Spokane is the halfway point to meet our daughter & her family. We met the weekend after Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to see the house completely decorated with a tree and stocking hung over the fireplace. We had a few issues with power and a bad sensor in the water heater that kept going off - but overall had a great time.
