Spacious 4-bedroom house with Covered Private Pool in Gainesville

House is clean, good location, spa was great, it was too cold for the pool, they have a fire pit available, plenty of room and beds. Easy to check in and out, open communication available if needed. Will be back next year for the track meet again!

Great owner, excellent communication. This house was a great size for our group of 6 and a pup for a game day weekend. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking space.

We've stayed here before for our yearly expedition into Gainsville. So when we saw this home was available we leapt at the oppportunity to stay here again. Upgraded with new beds and a new jacuzzi we were not disappointed. This home is the only one we have ever been to that has everything you need in the kitchen to cook properly. The owner is always open, friendly, and available. We will continue to obsessivly check to see if this home is available every year we vacation.

House was in a great quiet location close to UF campus. House and pool were clean and owner was great at following up and making sure we were comfortable.

We had a couple day stay and the house was perfect for what we needed! The kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great, just a few minutes from everything. Our friends were in another vrbo just around the corner to where we could walk to them. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from UF. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. We had 7 adults, so having 4 bedrooms was nice. The hot tub was a big hit and an added bonus we were not expecting. The pool was very refreshing as well. Thank you, Corey for a wonderful stay.

Perfect house, lots of room

Nice quiet place.

House worked well for our needs visiting current students at UF. A tad further than what we were used to from past visits but aside from that the house was clean and worked out perfectly well for our weekend stay. Would stay again for future visits.

The living space was great. The fenced yard and pool were well kept. Nice neighborhood.
