Stayed Jun 22, 2024My brother and a couple of friends and I were in Cleveland for some motorcycle training. We arrived at Crystal’s place on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year, to discover that the A/C had stopped working. This can happen to any mechanical device. Crystal got a technician there on a Saturday night and got the unit fixed! Amazing. She was in constant communication with us and solved the problem. Her communication was great and she was very accommodating to us, having 4 motorcycles. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard as well. Crystal was a great host.
