Escape to this beautiful house with an amazing Pikes Peak View! With four bedrooms, including two king beds, a full size bunk bed, and a crib, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. I have a queen sized blow up mattress that can fit in the crib room if desired and have a pack and play if needed. 3 full baths and a half bath on the main floor.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a great room with an amazing view on the main floor. A large dining room tableand a second living area / playroom is connected.

Outside there is a large 300sf deck off the main floor with a gas grill and table and chairs. An 8 person hot tub is outside the walkout basement. There is a ping pong table in the basement.

For the kids there's all sorts of stuff. Sandbox, toddler swing, slide, trampoline, etc. I've got two little ones so there's lots of toys.

The Homestead Trail paved walking path is accessed outside the back yard and connects to Cottonwood Creek Park (0.4 miles) which has a large playground and fields.
