Stayed Mar 19, 2026Quiet street. Off street parking. Very clean. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Great value. We had a full team for our curling event at the Utica Curling Club.

Stayed Mar 11, 2026Great location for getting around Utica. The space was great for hosting dinners with family. Perfect house for two families with a couple kids. Would stay again.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026The house was updated and very clean. We were in town for a hockey tournament and it was very convenient and close to the rinks. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The large closets upstairs were great for storing hockey bags and equipment. We did not need anything during our stay but when I messaged the host prior to check out, he responded within minutes. I would definitely stay again if hockey brought us back to Utica and tell other hockey families.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025The house was very nice. Clean and modern. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you. The host was very friendly and helped us out tremendously. We had a box tournament for our boys and the great accommodation with the late check out was a savior for us. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Stayed Nov 5, 2025Very clean home. Was a great location for us while visiting college student at Utica University. Played with some of the board games. Very responsive Hosts. Would come here again.
