Spacious 4 Bedroom Home near USSSA Complex

This was a nice home in a quaint neighborhood. The host was prompt in responding to any concerns and ensured the matters were resolved quickly. For guests with knee problems, the toilet in the general bathroom sits pretty low, but the one in the master bathroom sits a little higher. Some TLC and minor upgrades could make this home better. I did appreciate the host getting the internet company to move the modem/router closer to the living room which allowed us to stream movies even though we were unable to have movie night as originally planned due to poor internet signal. Additionally, it was good to find out the TVs in the bedrooms were connected to the light switches since we thought they just did not work. The set-up was not completely as advertised. The twin beds were split between two rooms and the sofa bed was in the room with one of the twin beds. I am not certain if the sofa bed worked since we did not try it. The damage waiver fee should be refundable. Just seems a free fee is being collected unnecessarily. The refundable security deposit is excessive. It should be reevaluated and should also be returned sooner especially if bookings are back to back. Ending on a high note, the coffee provided was a plus. The bedding was nice and the accommodations were comfortable. Overall, this was a good pick for our needs and we would consider booking here again.

We arrived to find multiple issues. There were loose floor boards, a dirty towel folded up with the clean ones & sugar ants on a wall in the kitchen. The biggest issue was that the double sofa bed in the 4th bedroom did not exist. The sofa that was there was not even the sofa pictured in the listing. We were offered a temporay solution of an inflatable air mattress which was deliveredjust before 10 PM. It took several days & many communications to get most of the problems resolved, but only after I contacted VRBO direct & let the host (Beachside) know I had done so. The issue with the sofa bed was never corrected. We have been offered a partial refund but have been told it will take 7-10 business days to process. They required payment in advance & I think they should be able to make an immediate refund. Based on my experience I will believe it when I receive it.

Great location to house employees working in Merrit Island for a couple of weeks.

The location is nice and the property is nice but most of all, the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

This place had a really homey feel to it. Very comfortable. Location was great and there was plenty of room inside for our family of 5. We also had a great view of the rocket launch from the driveway. Overall can't complain much about this home.

Old house that used cheap cosmetic approach to update. Attractive kitchen/dining room that had a stovetop that couldn't boil water, cabinet drawers that stuck, and roaches and ants. The ice maker didn't work until the electrician came out to repair it. Living room/den had lamps that didn't work, and some stained dirty furniture. Most of the outlets in the house didn't work, and for some unknown reason, the wall switches were permanently covered to prevent usage. The master bedroom had a falling down drapery rod and a leaning bathroom shelf. It also had a 50's era shower door that never worked even after the handyman came out to fix it. The bathroom also had cockroaches. A bedside lamp, that didn't work, had a large shattered hole in the base. The lamp was turned around to conceal the damage. The TV room had some kind of very tiny bugs that crawled on the occupants as well as the furniture.

Clean and spacious home for me and my family I was very pleased with the house, being a few minutes from space coast stadium was a plus for us.. quiet neighborhood and with everything you need to just few minutes away.
