Spacious 4-bedroom, harbor Acces ON canal, fish of the dock Rv parking POOL SPA

Let me start out by saying the host for this property was great. Accomadated most of our requests and went above and beyond. The property itself was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Our group loved the canal access and overall location.The downside (and sadly in our opinion a real deal-breaker) was the misinformation on the listing. The listing clearly states a hot tub and heated pool. Upon arrival we were all quite disappointed to discover the hot tub is not in fact a hot tub, but was tauted as a soaking tub per the info sheet on the fridge. Which means the tub is the same temperature as the pool. As far as the pool being heated, it certainly didn't feel that way. The listing states the temp the pool should reach as well. Not once in our whole stay did the pool reach that temperature. Unfortunately this made it much too cold for most of our group to swim or enjoy at all. We are from the north and used to cold waters and even the kiddos could only swim for small amounts of time. I did contact the host and even though he replied he would turn the heater up for us, the temp remained the same. As a parent this was really frustrating, especially considering the amount spent to rent this home. If the owner had been honest and had a sense of integrity they would update the listing to accurately reflect the situation. If we had known we would have chosen a different place to spend spring break.I hope this helps others decide if this house is right for them.

It was a great time. Accommodated all 12 of us very well. Beautiful home and walking distance to a lot of stuff.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The pool area was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the canal and Bay. We saw beautiful sunsets daily just sitting on the lanai. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed. We were 2 couples staying there and we each had our own private sleeping and bathroom areas. Liked that all rooms had seperate temperature control units. The owner was responsive when we needed him.

House was clean and as described. Lovely location, very quiet and relaxing. Pool area is amazing. Couldn't get the grill to work, but not a huge deal. We had a wonderful sta.

Wonderful property for a family vacation. Tim was very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool/spa and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we could have asked for. Sunset view of the Bay was also a major positive.

Everything was excellent… only small issue was with the spa.

We had a few issues with the house and Tim got them fixed as he could. Very willing to work with us to get things done! We greatly appreciate it!

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for me and my friends. The host was very responsive.

So fun! Kitchen was well stocked! Karaoke machine was endless hours of entertainment. Check in was smooth and easy. Close to several grocery stores. Dock was perfect for paddling and boating! Caught lots of fish!!

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet still quiet and relaxing.Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Home was beautiful, communication with owner was good. Loved the view and pool time! The layout on the site is a bit different than we expected. overall it had everything we needed and made our visit easy!

The home is beautiful. Location is amazing. Host is awesome stayed in constant contact and was very personable. I would recommend to everyone. I would book this home again without a doubt.
