Spacious 4-bedroom 3 bath house in the Nation’s Capital

Communication was excellent. Didn’t use the kitchen but seemed well equipped. Clean. Plenty of room for our group. We went over the Christmas holiday. The lower floor was a little cold and the upstairs was hot.

Host was very responsive to our needs, even late at night. Fun house to stay in.

* Andrea was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. * I’ve never seen a kitchen so well-stocked. We had to prepare several dishes, and the kitchen had it all: various sizes of pots & pans, measuring cups & spoons, cutting boards, etc. * The pictures were representative of what is actually there. All bedrooms & bathrooms were in excellent condition. * Easy parking on the street directly in front of the house on a quiet street. * We will stay here again when we visit our son & family.

The house was very comfortable, lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very close walking distance to public transportation, kitchen was well stocked, quiet neighborhood, and everything was clean. It was easy to settle in as a home away from home.

The house was modern, clean and beautiful! The neighborhood is full of lovely homes. Everything about the home was perfect.Our disappointment was that several of the local restaurants/bars had closed between us booking the property and going on our trip. So there are very minimal dining options within walking distance. Obviously this is not in control of the owners so I still give them 5 stars! Additionally, it typically took 20-30 minutes to get anywhere from the house with DC traffic!

Friends and I were in DC to watch the Bears beat the Commanders. This place was great for us. Kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast every day. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we had to get to. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking.

It was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood! We stayed with my three kids and it was a great fit for all of us.

Parking was easy despite it being on the street. The house was a nice space for 6-7 of us. We would stay here again.

Everything was super clean, large rooms for family gatherings. Nice quiet neighborhood, but minutes from shopping, restaurants, and national monuments and museums. One note; there are a lot of stairs to navigate both inside and outside the house. We would stay here again!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME! The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The home was spacious for our party of seven (adults). The bedrooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms were all nicely decorated (and updated), which gave a chic and modern feel. Parking was extremely convenient (right in front of the house), and the neighborhood was quiet. We found this location convenient, as we made several trips to Maryland & Virginia. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend this rental.

We had two families on a nine day trip between Philadelphia and DC and this house was perfect for the 10 of us which included our two high school graduates. We had a great time and the house was perfect
