Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house across from the Rogue River with big fenced yard

The house was nice, clean, and spacious. It is the only placed I have stayed where there was no hairdryer. Wish I'd known in advance. Also, more than one dishtowel would have been helpful. Overall a cozy stay.

Pros: Location, fenced-in yard, friendly hostCons: Lack of amenities, dirty, untimely communicationI loved the area. As a dog-owner, walkablity is important and it’s very close to a beautiful park which meets the river.However, we wouldn’t stay here again. The host didn’t get us the check-in info until 15 minutes before check-in time. It’s not too unreasonable but it makes you nervous. Then, right after arrival, we were pinged for the pet deposit. Again, not unreasonable but just ill-timed.There was a lot of garbage in the couch under the cushions, the trash can outside was 1/2 full, and the dishes/utensils were dirty. We had to wash all of the dishes upon arrival as we were suspicious of them all. By the time we left, we had to leave two additional sacks of garbage outside the bin. No recycling.No paper towels so we had to buy our own. Less than two rolls of TP between two bathrooms for four guests and a 3 night stay. No selection of measuring cups so we determined right away that we weren’t going to cook here.The back yard and front yard were secure and large and the neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet.

I rented this Sleeps 10 for 7 nights. Prior to check-in I asked specifically about the number and size of beds. He stated: There are 6 beds: 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a childs bed. I then asked if the couch makes into a bed. He stated: No, but there's an extra air mattress. And the couch is big enough to sleep on. There's only 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a toddler bed in the oversized laundry room. It took 1 hr to get ahold of the host and he said the 3rd queen is an air mattress, which wasn't even there. The dishwasher was full, dirty, and had a foul odor. The washing machine was full of black mold and the garbage was full to the brim and swarming with flies. I addressed him with these issues and he said that he would empty the garbage and drop off the air mattress the NEXT DAY. There is no sauna or gym as advertised. The house and dishes were all covered in dust. The shower pan in the master bathroom is so filthy it is unsanitary. There was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no toiletries/hairdryers, or paper towels. It is NOT wheelchair accessible as he stated and is stated in ad. There is no garden as stated. There is no tennis court as stated. Also no fitness center or sauna as stated in his listing.

Excellent property

The house was very clean and comfortable. The fourth bedroom is somewhat misleading in that there isn’t a bed in it. Otherwise the house was comfortable. We had a few minor issues that the host corrected immediately. Brandan’s response was quick and accommodating. Thank you again for adjusting our dates. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Huge yard for my dogs and very quiet neighborhood. A quick walk to the beautiful park.

If you want to use this house to capacity with adults a couple of the beds are kid focused. The worked for our daughters but they aren't 6 feet tall.The deck with table and chairs was glorious for our breakfast.
