Spacious 4 bed, Sparkling Pool, Game Room, Pool Table, Arcade, Sleeps 19

The property was beautiful. Was a great space for my daughters 15th birthday! The back yard was more then the pictures. Pool was a hit. The host was amazing quick to answer any concerns. There were a couple rooms in the back of house that seem to not cool down!!! Besides that everything else was awesome! We cannot wait to book in the future.

The location was very central to a lot of places that we need for groceries, places to eat, and freeways.

Enjoyed our stay. The pool was fun and loved all the entertainment. Confused on how the common areas are considered both king beds, when all that we found was a couch in both areas, that did not pull out to a bed at all. But we made it work. There was laundry left in the dryer that was not ours, however we had plenty of towels. Felt like the bathrooms furniture and extra blankets could use a good cleaning. Enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located. The house was very comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this location.

Great for families. Our group of nine was very comfortable. Study the rooms/beds details to make sure it’ll work for your group. Love the waterfall. Wish the master bath had a door.

The good: the house is very spacious and the a/c works well. It was a great location for our needs, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We could use the garage to park our vehicle and the pool was heated as advertised (for an additional fee). Check in was easy and questions were answered in a mostly timely manner. The bad: The house is a bit run down. Shutters/blinds don’t open, the fridge had a broke shelf, the patio furniture was old and very dirty. The ceiling fans are dirty. The backyard is not well maintained. Long grass and broken/discarded flower pots. The pool had algae around the edge and the water was cloudy. There was a full garbage can upon or arrival on the patio. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Some cups had dried beer in them. There was no soap for the dishwasher (we bought some) so we wondered how dishes got washed before our arrival. But the worst was the sliding glass door that is used to access the backyard. It barely would slide and most people in our party couldn’t open or close it. It needs to be replaced. It was horrible. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. I let the property manager know about the pool and the door. Someone did show up to “shock” the pool, but we were told that no one had time to fix the slider. Before leaving this review, I let the manager know of all of the issues. The response was just “understood”. No apology, no promise to get things fixed for the next renter. Nothing.

Laundry was convenient kitchen was organized and easy to find utensils because of the labeling on the cabinets, rooms are clean host returned my calls, but misleading on how many it sleeps at the most it could sleep 12 and only seven individual beds, we were one bed short for one person. The master bathroom did not have a door for privacy.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very attentive to our arrival and very accommodating. House was very spacious, more than enough for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. We would stay again.

Was a smooth process from beginning to end, host communicated quickly, made for an stress-free work trip.

We used to live in Chandler but now live in New Mexico. This stay was an opportunity to have a get together with old friends and to see our son. The property was perfect for us.

What a great house! The host was very responsive and very accommodating! We have a large family and were in town for a family wedding. This was a great place for everyone to gather together for down time, games, food, and lots of fun in the days leading up to the event. Plenty of room and things to do for all, young and old.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s soooo spacious & the host is so kind and accommodating. Our family and friends love staying here. Our only complaint (specifically just this one time), it wasn’t as clean as we’d seen it before.

This house was everything and more from what I seen in the pictures. The host was very accommodating. At 1st i didn't want the heat on in the pool but found out fast i was very wrong. I messaged the host and she had someone come over and turn it on in a timely matter. We had a great week stay with zero problems

We loved the property. It was just perfect for our family. House was well stocked and clean. Location is close to the 202 and the 60, so easy to get around. Had all the amenities we needed! I would recommend this property to anyone for a great getaway.

All went well things where perfect will stay there again in the future only weird thing was camera in the back yard watching us pool table needs some tlc and new pool sticks are needed other then that it was perfect I would recommend it to anyone

Game room was amazing !Pool was pretty cool Kitchen was pretty It is a big house indeedBbq only needed some matches on the side, so far above all it was amazing!Personally I would recommend for family and gaming people.

Sydney our host is awesome and was able to accommodate my family by letting us enter the property prior to the 4pm deadline. She assisted and was available as needed.The property is beautiful and clean. The process for our stay was simple and the directions easy to understand. My family loved the house. Several things to do including, tv watching, video games, pool table, and arcade style games. We would have enjoyed the swimming pool had it not been too cold.I have nothing negative to say about the house or the host and would gladly stay here again!Thanks Sydney for allowing us to stay in your amazing property.

As a family, we all rent VRBOs and we don’t typically leave bad reviews as I am accustomed to the description of a VRBO matching reality, but this was a special experience and our disappointment has followed us all home. The house was not clean. Scum on everything from doors to was was clearly from months of neglect. The black dust coating bedroom ceiling fans burned our eyes when turned on. Baseboards and nightstands were covered in dust, hair and side tables had packets of Purell, maybe in an effort to help us disinfect from environment. Towels were musty, cheerio like scent, similar to the scent of laundry room. After removing sheets and pillow cases the condition of the mattresses was disgusting with stains. The pool was filthy. We had to call the owner and described the brownish green color of the pool and the sad, trickling waterfall that seemed to be on its last leg. There was also bird poop splattered and hardened all over the patio. The owner apologized and did send someone over to “clean” the pool. By this time, we had to got ot the wedding, however the next day, there was no improvement. Pool table, a plus on the booking, as we all play and own a billiards table. Felt was old and worn, bumpers were hard, no tips on cue sticks or chalk provided. Master bath tub has no water connection. To add insult to this already dismal experience, I received an email from Generali stating owner made a claim of $2980. We are stunned as this is a shock to us and our guests.

Sydney was a great host who was very responsive and communicated issues in a very timely manner. She was very accommodating to our group and the house perfect for our needs. Neighborhood was very pleasant and the pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids and the Arizona hot weather. Highly recommend!

Didn’t get code to house until landed in AZ but after that it was great. House was big enough for us all. Host answered any questions that I had and home was equipped with everything. Will definitely pick this home again for a stay. Wasn’t really far from a lot of places. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved the property. Host very responsive. Had a family gathering Saturday for the Canelo fight enough room for everyone.
