Property was not as nice as represented in pictures and too pricey.

This house was in a great area, very walkable to resturants etc. The bed was very comfortalbe. The outdoor area was really nice.

It was a very clean and spacious property. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for our future visits to KC.

This is a great spot to stay when you’re visiting KC. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host is easy and the property was clean and had plenty of amenities to accommodate our visit.

This space was exactly as described and met all our needs. Lance was helpful with clear communication. The house was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location in one of the great neighborhoods in Kansas City. It’s close to the Plaza, Nelson Atkins, great restaurants and cafes. The house was really clean and very comfortable.

The house was very nicely decorated and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the side porch. We knew we would be having our local family dropping by to visit during our stay. It was nice to have distinct conversation areas, living room, dining room table and side porch while the kids played in the backyard. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms nicely equipped. As was the kitchen well equipped. A few suggestions: the railings on the front porch are wobbly and loose. The elderly family members depend on the hand rails for security up the stairs. The stairs coming down from the second floor Need a sign over the doorway to warn it is a short doorway. Duck! My husband and daughter really smacked their head the first time down the stairs. The chairs with the bistro table on the back deck are broken and totally unsafe to sit on especially for a kid that would climb up. It would be nice to have a couple of folding chairs on that deck also. Also, it would be helpful to have more instructions as to operating the tv and a chart of local stations. But we were busy and didn’t watch much tv. All and all , yes , we would stay there again . Hopefully the safety items mentioned above would be addressed. Thank you.

The house was spacious and accommodating. It was clean, plenty of towels, and fit our needs. We will definitely reserve again when we come back to KC.

Really lovely neighborhood and home to share time with family in - from grandparents to grandkids! Host was so easy to communicate with.

This property seemed great & was in a wonderful neighborhood. Was as listed & pet friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay. There was some sort of plumbing issue in the basement that resulted in raw sewage & an awful smell. The owner did have a plumber out, but a clean up team couldn't come until the next morning. We were offered a free night, but didn't feel comfortable staying. A full refund was given & the owner was very understanding of our decision. It's a wonderful property & unfortunate this happened. I would recommend as I'm sure this was not a regular occurrence. The property is just a few blocks from Ward Parkway with the mansions and fountains. Beautiful area!

We came to see the Kansas City Chiefs play the New Orleans Saints! It was close to everything so very convenient! And pet friendly was the icing on the cake!!
