Stayed Mar 21, 2026We stayed at this house as a big mix of family before a cruise out of Galveston. It was cheaper than booking 3 separate hotel rooms and we could all be together. The listing is very accurate. It was very spacious. Nothing fancy but easy in and out!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025The house was difficult to sleep in and could not participate in recreational activities because it was infested with bats. There were several bats flying and hanging inside of the sun room each time we tried to enter. We were not able to use that space as planned. The entire house smelt like bat feces. It was uncomfortable to sleep because there were bats within the drywall & vents. We could not enter the backyard at all because there were several bats out each day. The owner came to check the area that the bats were flying in. He also came inside the house often as we were staying there. He cut the lawn while we were sleeping and was often in the garage. He also covered the holes around the house with foam so the bats would not go back in.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Overall the house was perfect for our needs. Check-in was super easy, and the house was clean and fairly well stocked, although a bit sparse in decoration. The beds were super comfortable. The five of us were only there to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast, so it was a bit disappointing to have only two coffee mugs and no serving bowls. Also, the listing says there is a hot tub, but I could not find it. Overall, because of its location, I would stay there again and bring my own coffee mug. : ) Thanks, Yong, for making your home available to us!
