Special Notes:
1. Due to Texas’s warm climate and seasonal droughts, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, mosquitoes, or other small insects may occur. We perform regular pest control, but these instances can sometimes be unavoidable.

2. Our property is pet-free. However, if you will be bringing a service animal, kindly inform us in advance. While we are happy to welcome service animals, we do not provide pet amenities such as bowls, beds, or towels, so please bring anything you may need for your pet’s comfort. We appreciate your understanding!

3. Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors and within 9 meters (30 feet) of any windows or doors. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, including smoke odors, cigarette butts, ashes, or other related items.

4. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a prime location. To respect our community and keep the property in excellent condition, parties, events, and pets are not permitted. Please note that bringing an animal or hosting an unapproved gathering will result in a $500 fee.

5. The safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out, which takes time. Checking out on time is important.

4. Our property is a self-catering accommodation. We provide starter sets of essentials and toiletries for your convenience to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.
