Spacious 3BR Near Light Rail, Minutes to Downtown & MOA

The place was updated. We were there for Christmas so did a fair amount of cooking. The place could have used a few more utensils and silverware.

Damon was a great host, Quick to respond to our questions. The home was clean and had esay access to all the sites we were interested in.

Quiet, great location in a nice neighborhhood. Our go to when we visit Minneapolis.

House was clean and check in was a breeze. Location was great as the metro was a block away.

Perfect location for staging area for getting the family together for a Twins game. The house is really set up well for entertaining with super nice TV’s and an open kitchen - very easy to hang out in the house if you didn’t have other events planned.

House is in good condition and well furnished. Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining and living areas. Spots for people to find some private place too. Close to Metro and river parks and lakes. Would stay again. We had a bit of trouble with the hot water, but owner took care of it right away and is making upgrades. One other thing to note is that both bathrooms are on the first floor so those upstairs need to come down to them.

Nicely appointed; good location. Very clean. We wished the A/C system worked better—especially upstairs. There was an unpleasant musty smell. We appreciated the labels on the lights switches and abundance of matching hangars.

Unbelievable location. Right around the corner from the rail, grocery store and a place to eat. We had 10 people and plenty of room.

House is as listed in listing. Bath towels were surprisingly nice. Beds are on the squishier foam side, which I enjoy. Nice to have a king bed option as well. House seems very old and has a bit of a mildew smell, but has been nicely redone. Damon was very responsive when needed. House was easy to access and near lots of nice walkable coffee and food and bar options. There's even a grocery store within walking distance. Upstairs gets a bit hot on summer days. The stairs up are a bit steep as well. Just some minor things to help with selection.

Overall the stay was good. There was a musty smell but not terrible.

Just fantastic. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood located in a beautiful area. This will be our go to everytime we visit our daughter.

Loved the windows. We got to open them and enjoy.the fresh air. Had one small issue but Damon responded quickly and we sorted it. Great place, would stay again.

Overall good stay. The first night there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come by and fix the issue. Other than that the stay was good.

Property was great, and in a good location

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and had all the supplies and amenities needed. We would definitely come back to this home. It was in a great location to family members who live in the area.

Damon had great communication with us throughout the day. We did a one night stay and had everything we needed. House was nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this location. I would book again.

The property is very nice and clean. Maybe in the listing it should mention there is no comforters on beds but just fleece blankets. Maybe have extra blankets in the closets if needed.

This house was perfect! Close enough to all the big things in town and quiet enough to have some quality family time. I could walk to several tourist attractions (waterfalls, dog/running trails, coffee shops, breweries) and in a super safe neighborhood. Host was attentive, amenities were all great, and house was extremely clean. Great house overall!

I stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving and we had a great time. The stairs were a little steep for my toddlers, but otherwise was perfect for us!
