My team appreciated the stay. There were some street concerns but we ultimately put that down to bad timing and bad luck. Hoping it was a 1 off.

My cousins and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood, had a two car carport and a lovely front porch with rocking chairs. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Lando.

We were there to see a show at Valdosta State, the kids enjoyed being on the other side of the house as did I lol - property is as described, check in process was super easy.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The homey and cozy atmosphere was something I genuinely looked forward to returning to each day. I especially loved the softness of the furniture and beds – that was a huge highlight. As my first Vrbo rental, this was an amazing experience, and it certainly won't be my last!

The stay was ok. The house wasn’t clean as it supposed to be plus there were no broom or mop. Along with no dish rag. The sheets in the back room with the lie and white comforter the sheets has stains on them. Overall it was ok

I thought everything was fine I was able to check in with no problems.

Lando is great and responsive! We had an issue with the refrigerator and he sent someone fast! We just wish the back yard was cleaner in terms of all the overgrown bushes. But overall, we had a good stay.

Peaceful house in Valdosta GA

Staying at this VRBO home was convenient, given its close proximity to Valdosta State University—just a block away! You can easily walk to campus, though knowing the backroads is helpful, as traffic can get a little busy in the city.The home was suitable for a short stay, though some issues stood out. A noticeable moldy smell lingered, which might be troublesome for those with allergies. Particularly from the carpet in the front room. The rest of the house had all wood floors.On the positive side, the space itself was adequate for a comfortable two-day stay. The price was lower than hotels in the area, and you get the space and privacy needed. The location is great—very close to the mall, outlets, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and downtown Valdosta. Cameras are installed outside, adding a layer of security for guests. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. They were accessible both through VRBO and by phone, making the booking and stay smooth.- Towels were provided, but warm water took a while to heat up in one bathroom. However, the water in the other bathroom near the back door was hot.- A longer shower curtain would help since water tends to splash onto the floor, requiring multiple towels to soak it up.- Parking is on the side of the house, not where Google Maps indicates, which can lead guests to the neighboring home. - Overall we had a good stay!

Great house w/all supplies needed. Quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms have great quality mattresses, something that many others don’t have. Will coming back for sure!

The house is very out dated, smells like mold and mildew. The house needs a good cleaning air vents mainly. Location was great for us. Didnt have all the things listed like washer and dryer.
