Enter a spacious and open main living area--living room, dining room and kitchen. Cathedral ceilings, large windows and multiple sliders make the space bright and airy. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. If you prefer the Cape in the quieter season, you will love the gas stove. The dining area has a large dining table with plenty of seating and the nicely-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, an island for food prep/serving, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and drip coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, a flat screen TV with cable and a skylight. The other bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, large closet and a skylight. There is also a lovely bathroom with tub/shower (also with a skylight!) on this floor.

This well-appointed and nicely furnished home has central air conditioning and wood floors throughout the main living space and bedrooms on the first floor.

The lower level has a bright den with flat screen TV with cable. The den has a fold-out sofa for additional sleeping space. This cozy room--ideal for watching a movie or curling up with a good book--has a slider to the yard.

The home's third bedroom is on the lower level. This bedroom has a king bed and a slider to the yard. There is also a large bathroom with a shower on this level. Tile floors run throughout the lower level den, bedroom and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level's utility room.

The lovely interior of the home is only rivaled by the exterior--a private wooded lot and a large deck that wraps from the front of the house around the side. A gas grill and plenty of outdoor furniture and seating make this an irresistible spot! Oversized enclosed outdoor shower off the deck. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy Truro's natural surroundings.

Short drive to all the best of Truro--Ballston Beach on the ocean side, Corn Hill Beach on the bay side, Truro Vineyards, Highland Links Golf Course, Highland Light House, Payomet Performing Arts and great restaurants. Nip into Truro Center for the weekly farmers market and delicious treats from Jam's. Head up to Provincetown for more restaurants, shops and galleries, plus fun on the water, live entertainment, night clubs, museums and more!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
