Spacious 3bd 3ba, 1 min walk to private beach with 2 master king bed

The property was exactly what we needed! There were some minor bumps with the property but Tiffany was quick to respond and got them addressed for us as soon as possible. Overall the property is nice but is starting to age, but there were plenty of showers with constant hot water and comfortable beds, which to me are the two most important areas of a rental. I would stay here again.

Our biggest complaint would be how dirty the floors were. The back door handle came off while opening the back door. Dryer doesn’t work well it takes 3 cycles to get clothes dried. Couldn’t get TV to work properly in the downstairs bedroom . Tiffany was a good host would get back in a timely manner.

Great stay and close to the beach !

The property was right across the road from the beach and a very quick walk! The place was pretty nice, the only complaint was the cleaning was just okay, but overall had a great experience.

Rental was perfect, and it was a short walk to the beach!

Came in to dirty stained bedding with hard particles on it, called host & text multiple times took awhile to reply. Didn’t get linen until next morning like it was okay to sleep on dirty sheets & stained pillowcases. So I had to use my throw blanket. Also no wash cloths. Just big towels & hand towels. Now a lie from the half cleaning housekeeper. Get location for the beach though & close to shopping area.

This was the perfect location for our weekend of music with the Soundwave festival! The beach and restaurants were within walking distance. Will book again for next year!!!

Check-in and Check-out was very easy, our host was excellent. The private beach was an excellent bonus!

We absolutely love this place! The walk to the beach only takes about 2 minutes and there are several small shops nearby! We love this area and can’t wait to come back!

Although our stay was overall good this place needs a deep cleaning. The blinds in all the rooms had a thick layer of dust as well as the lampshades and walls. The dishwasher had water settled in it and we found plastic in the bottom. There also was a broken part in the bottom. This place is advertised with a hot tub but after talking to the pool guy he said it's not really a hot tub. The water does not heat and the knob to turn it on was missing. There were 4 beach chairs but 2 are very rusted. The grill was also very rusted and we had to clean it. The washer/dryer closet doors also didn't shut right (my husband fixed). The floors seem to have a layer of sand which we swept and vacuumed. We also had to wipe down the countertops. The toilets all had a black ring in them so we bought cleaner and cleaned them. The couch in front of the window desperately needs replacing as there isn't much cushion left to it.

I loved the location but this property needed a complete update on the furniture and also needs a new cleaning service. We had to reclean the bathroom toilets! Also one of the toilet brushes was covered in poop! We also sweeped the floor that seemed like it had not been done in weeks. We also went to use the grill and it was rotted. Some of the beach chairs were rotted as well. For the amount of money we paid I expect better

Nice townhouse with spacious bedroom. Good location, not far from shops and restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach.

Was excellent. Newly remodeled kitchen and appliances, 3 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very clean, convenient to everything, 5 min to golf courses, dozens of restaurants, and a walk across the street to the beach. Owner was fabulous in communication and response time. Was a perfect fit for 3 golfers on vacaction.

Loved how spacious the house was. We all had our own private space. The walk to the beach was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany was excellent and very accommodating. The house was just as described and a very short walk to the beach access. The beach was crowded but a beautiful location and the water was perfect. Would come back for sure!

Check-in process was easy. Condo was really clean. Beach was literally a 2 min walk and it was so close to the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin. Absolutely loved it there.
