The Space:

Primary bedrooms has a king bed and huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed

3rd bedroom is upstairs with private bathroom/shower.



There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.



Guest Access:

There is a lock box on the front door. We will give you a code before you check-in. Please make sure to put the key back on your way out.



You cannot park on the street overnight - please make sure to park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a multifamily house with people living above and below. Please be respectful of noise and they will be as well!



Please note that if you book through a site using our payment processor like company website or VRBO, our stripe booking fees are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by accidents, negligence, or any other circumstances.

Hold Harmless: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner(s), host(s), and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use or occupancy of the property, including any personal injury or property damage sustained by you or any other person.

Waiver of Legal Claims: You agree that you will not bring any legal action, claim, or suit against the property owner(s), host(s), or their agents, employees, or representatives for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during your use or occupancy of the property.

Acknowledgement: By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and hold harmless agreement.
