Stayed Oct 3, 2025This was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The house sits on a peaceful acreage in Olathe, close enough to KC for convenience but far enough to truly unwind. We were there with a group of 5 friends and the layout was perfect, everyone had their own space and plenty of cozy spots to relax with a quiet cup of coffee.The home was spotless from top to bottom. I'm usually a shower shoes kind of gal but honestly it didn't feel necessary here. The kitchen was cleaner and better stocked than mine at home, crock pot, air fryer, margarita machine, you name it they had it.The hosts thought of everything: toiletries in every bathroom, local coffee, a welcome bottle of non-alcoholic champagne, snacks, board games, floaties, beach towels, even a portable speaker and cooler. If you forgot something, it was probably already there.We spent the day by the pool and hot tub and the evenings were so peaceful. The outdoor movie setup was a fun surprise once the sun went down. Communications with the hosts was quick and kind, and they've clearly put their heart into this home.It felt like visiting your really cool aunt, the one has everything and makes you feel instantly at home. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and can't recommend it enough for a relaxing friends, or family getaway!Bottom Line: This home deserves ALL the stars, if you're considering it, book it! You won't regret it.
