Spacious 3/2 waterfront pool home in Port Charlotte - Scenic Solitude

Getting away to a quiet and beautiful place to relax is what it is all about when going on vacation. This home has it all, Peace n Quiet, Fishing Dock, Pool Lounging everything you could want. Also close to shopping and bars and club for a night out. Thankyou will for sure rent again..

Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the stay. We spent a lot of time outside soaking in the quiet surroundings. The location felt tucked away and peaceful but was still close enough to get out for meals or errands when needed. It was the kind of place that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your time there.

My teenage boys were in their glory being able to have a saltwater canal right in the backyard to be able to fish. The home was very clean with a beautiful private pool area overlooking the canal. Unfortunately for us, a cold front hit florida the majority of the week we were down there. But we made the best of it and having a nice place made it all the more better. The hosts were always responsive to any needs and got back to us very quickly. Highly recommended!

If you want a great get away with peace and quiet this is the rental for you When relaxing at the pool enjoy your privacy and comfort The house is well decorated and has all the amenities needed.. Will definitely be coming back to stay again

The house was a beautiful and quite place to relax and enjoy. Very clean with everything you would need to enjoy your stay... Even had complimentary bottles of wine and free coffee I would definitely recommend to friends........

We enjoyed our stay, and liked the neighborhood. It was convenient to shopping and it was easy to get around.

Would have been nice to have to pool heated without paying extra.

Had communication with property manager and Vrbo as this location doesn’t say anything about having cameras. There’s about 10 all over property and no one could verify if there was some inside. Once my stay was over finally got response below. Good morning John, My name is Lucy. I am the customer Service Manager for Gulf Coast. I am reaching about the situation with the cameras. I want you to know that we were completely unaware of these cameras. We have reached out to the owner about this. I am so sorry. Cameras are only allowed at the front door and/or facing the pool pump. This is completely unacceptable and would never want our guests to feel uncomfortable. I have escalated this with my supervisor as well.

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool time was awesome. Already booked for next year

Our two weeks stay was all we expected and more. The Home had everything we needed to feel comfortable, with all the comforts of home. It's in a great location, close to shopping stores, restaurants and only a 30-minute ride to the airport. The pool was quite pleasant, but I recommend adding the heating feature during chilly fall days.

A beautiful home and location. Coffee in the dock every morning, a swim in the pool, A perfect home and location. days at the beach and enough room for dinner & game night with the family. Thank you for offering this house!

No one came to clean the swimming pool during our stay, except the day before we leave.

Very good property. Only a couple of items that need to be addressed, kitchen chair with a screw missing and the pocket door in the master is off track and probably needs to be replaced. Wonderful time and we would highly recommend it to anyone interested. Response and service from Gulf Coast was excellent!
