This house is well maintained and always great to stay at.

Great location and plenty of room. Loved the backyard and kitchen. The main floor was very unsafe for my 1 year old and we had to move furniture blocking the stairs. A baby gate would be nice. Also, the bed and pillow quality was very poor. Everything else was great. Would stay here again, but with older children.

Great stay! Totally enjoyed what this house has to offer; spacious rooms and many places to hang out. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, sunroom, and updated kitchen. Two fridges! Located close to grocery cool spots in Old Town Lilburn, and Stone Mountain Park.. Appreciated the small details like plenty of towels and a fresh kitchen sponge! Great for larger families/friends that want downtime and place to spread out. Outdoor amenities do require some prep, like skimming pool daily due to trees, which happen to provide great shade and privacy, so be prepared to take charge of your experience. Comfy beds, decent kitchen tools, nice towels, and basic furniture. House is older and could use some maintenance here and there but space outweighs this. Check in/out super easy, communication with property manager excellent, neighborhood very quiet.

There were several problems that we had, we addressed the first one with them which was the projector screen in the theater room which wouldn't work, the technician they sent out even said himself he wasn't sure what he was doing so i ended up fixing it myself after putting off my plans for that day. Then the other issues weren't exactly issues that required a technician to come out and after the previous experience, why would I call for a tech anyway? The pool had a little green the first day which i thought nothing of was just excited to be away for my anniversary but it got worse by the day even with me scimming it and the shower in the master bedroom only one side really works, (the short side) it's either really hot or cold no in-between also the jets for jacuzzi tub dont work. & when we was trying to watch a movie in the theater room only one of the speakers work, & theres only a tv in the master & the igniter on the grill is broken, the pool furniture was half covered and nasty looking so not able to use and definitely not like how it was in the pictures. The Deck is a safety caution this house needs more child safety features added! We left a day early. We addressed the owner about all other problems the morning we checked out & was told we wouldnt be given any compensation or anything bcuz we had to report it to them at time for them to send a tech out to address situation and us checking out early doesn't mean we get that day back. I dont recommend this property!!!

Great house for family with kids

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the expansive deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations, and the large pool and hot tub quickly became our favorite gathering spots.The interior was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free weekend. Nestled in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, the setting offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located to nearby attractions.One note for future guests: the home does feature multiple levels with stairs, which could be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. However, it worked out perfectly for our group and gave everyone their own space to unwind.We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

We came to visit family that live in Georgia. The home had plenty of space for us to stretch out. There were 14 of us including the little ones. The home was as described photos were true to what was shown. We had a lovely time and the location was easy for my family to get to.I only had one negative the pool this time of the year was a little chilly. I think though because it was only in the upper 80s while we were there. A heater would be great, but Im sure when its 90 outside it would be perfect to jump in. The one day it was 87 we jumped in and had a ball.Wonderful stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for the use of your rental

Stayed with 7 of my best friends this weekend for my 60th birthday party. This house is very spacious and beautiful. We didn’t get the chance use the pool and whirlpool but both were beautiful. The management company is very responsive and communicates well.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and there's so much to do in Atlanta we never even made it to the hot tub like we had hoped.

We stayed for a week long trip with small kids. The house was very spacious, clean kids loved the movie room! Dad loved the hot tub, it was something for everyone. We had a small hiccup with the lights but the property manager was great, communicated professionally and quickly to resolve the issue. Its a great property everything is as shown in the pictures.

On line, the property looked amazing, in person there needs to be some painting and repair done. There needs to be a working vacuum cleaner and a Keurig cofffee maker. The Mr. Cofffee had a leak and the vacuum cleaner would not pick up anything! The shower rod in the hall bathroom was rusty. All these things would be easy to repair.

The house has plenty of space for my family including parents, kids, and grandparents. Very nice newly renovated kitchen.

Home was clean. Everything was communicated. Very happy with stay

House was perfect for our family and so close to Stone Mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay everything listed was provided. I would definitely book again.

House is very spacious and clean

This is a lot of house!! The pictures are accurate on the site. We had intentions of hanging out for a couple of days but they failed to be clear that the landscape is very wooded with LOTS of trees and BUGS. The did explain that they had pest control but this property needs another more frequent solution. The doors and windows are not properly sealed and are hard to open and close hence bugs inside and out. If you are a Nature person this is the place for you. The weather kept us from enjoying the outside for long but the bugs shortened it even further as well. I had a bug to fly on me at night. The spider webs are resident on ALL surfaces (doors, lights, porch, corners, etc). Others were bit so bad they had wells on them. We were told there is bug spray under the kitchen sink. The kitchen is nice but is parse on pots and cooking utensils so bring your own. The place was surface clean but the cleaning crew can pay closer attention to detail when cleaning to remove spider webs inside. I saw at least a couple roaches as well. I appreciate the use of the home but due to the location it was just too many bugs for me to relax.
