Stayed Mar 26, 2026We were very pleasantly surprised to find this very clean and modernized home to be very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and the rooms were perfect for our family needs, that ranged from an 89-year old Mother/Grandmother, her mid 60's-yr old son and his bride, and a grown grandson/nephew. Mom's 90th birthday is coming up this summer, and we plan on staying here again if it is open that weekend.

Stayed Mar 22, 2026The house suited our needs, but was a little rough around the edges. The neighborhood is older, but felt safe and comfortable. Liked the proximity to a park for our kids. Doesn't appear to have central AC, just a unit in the living room.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The house has everything that we needed for our stay. It was clean, has plenty of beds, and the host provided generous amount of bedding and towels. The house looks even better than the photos. Host was super responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend booking a stay if you're in Carson City.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We enjoyed staying in this cute house which is not only close to downtown Carson City but also conveniently close to my son's house. The house was very clean and the kitchen had lots of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. One drawback was the dishwasher which did not function very well.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The house was clean and it was great that we were able to bring our dog. Not all of the interior doors close properly. The house was advertised as having a air conditioning, however it only has a wall swamp cooler in the living room. Unfortunately we stayed on a hot week so we had to have it on high our entire trip.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Lovely home, pristine and cozy, with all the amenities we needed and a perfect host, who is very responsive, communicative and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed (even a nutribullet) and the beds were super comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like we moved into a new home. Location worked out great for us as well. Thanks for letting us stay, Elton. If the place is free during any of our future trips to Carson City, will definitely book again.
